Concentra Urgent Care

The wait time for a drug test was tooo long. I waited over an hr. They kind of herd you like animals. I tried to check in but as soon as I said one thing, "I got sign in have a seat." This was the first receptionist. I waited for about 30 min. Another receptionist came to the front so I went back in line she was much much much more helpful and pleasant. I was able to give her my info she sent me a text, fill out the info. Waited about another 30-40 min before being seen. The nurse in thr back was nice and saw me pacing back n forth so she rushed me in to get the sample and was done. I think if I was able to say the reasoning why you are there it would of been a faster experience. Maybe some retrain.

I came in 8 mins early, 80 min wait, 6 min appointment to lift 50 lbs for my job requirement. Front desk lady was nice, knowledgeable and attentive to the waiting room.

I had a positive experience when I went to this medical facility to renew my medical certificate for my California Class B license. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely come here again.

Came in for a walk-in tb test at 4:44pm, all the staff were sitting there doing nothing, waiting for it to be 5pm so they can close. There were no one waiting, no one in line. They refused to give me the tb test saying they have "met their walk-in limit".

The friendly staff is the saving grace of this place. However, the facility itself is quite dirty. They asked me to wash my hands in a sink that looked so filthy, it made me feel even dirtier just to look at it. Additionally, I'm unsure if the doctor was being sarcastic or serious when he told me that wearing a mask with facial hair is ineffective, while he himself was wearing a mask with a beard. Overall, it was not a great experience.

Make sure you sign and video record the consumer service is not professional they will delay around to put you on next day and is not they fault you can feel the stress Of underpay employees and lack of training and staff no happiness from front desk. place was full the 2 days I spent on the location

To whom this may concern: I had a 9.30 am appointment, and people were coming after me, leaving before me. I was there for four hours. I was not happy Johnny

Very slow. Robotic manurism people working there except the Drs. Treated like a number. They forgot a test, so I had to return another day. Very frustrating since I was there, with an appointment, over 3 hours. Would not recommend to any company or person.
