Concentra Urgent Care

We have been coming here for a couple of months now. Both; the chiropractor and the doctor are pretty cool and helpful. I can’t say the same for the front desk staff. Most of them seem miserable and give you an attitude if god forbid you ask a question or request their help. Otherwise I’d give this place a 5-Star Review Parking is full most of the time and or not enough parking spots are available because people park like Jack assess and take more than one spot for a single POS beat up sedan or truck

Nice facility, very friendly staff. I was here for random drug screen. The wait was as to be expected, they are busy and it’s first come first served for this service. Once I was called back, it went as quickly as possible without delays.

I really appreciate this particular Concentra. This visit was the best. I was in and out. And the staff were pleasant to speak with. I have visit other location and just wasn't the best experience. Especially with me being a CDL driver. I would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you again to the staff for their help and very professional demeanor. This made my day .

Convenient but wait time was super long. I only had a TB test for my new employer, a two minute appointment - but it was an hour + wait. Perhaps more efficiency in handling these types of appointments would be beneficial.

The health care workers were very welcoming and friendly. I was taken in before my time and out in a good timely manner.

I visited this location for a physical evaluation and drug test for job screening. This clinic is super busy and it took me 1.5 hours just sat in waiting room to be called in. Once I was led in to the inside office for individual tests - eyesight screening, urine sample collection, quick physical evaluation by a physician and blood sample collection - there were more sitting and waiting for each test. The medical assistant told me the last steps were going to a room to wait for the doctor and then after that blood would be drawn there. The doctor came and did an efficient check up and I was asked to step out to wait outside for blood drawn later. A few moments later I was brought into the same room and get the blood drawn. Why do I need to step out of that room and went back in and it’s not like there was someone else using the room after me. Every step during this visit was so inefficient and that explains why the wait was so long. Someone needs to review the operation process and quality! If it is not because this provider is appointed by the potential employer, there’s no way I would come and visit at this location.

everyone was nice. I went during the day when we had the worldwide windows outage in July. they couldn’t find my pre-registration forms, but they found a printed copy that I was able to complete and did not experience any delays with the outage. I wasn’t there for too long and they kept me updated.

I understand that being an urgent care location they can get very busy; however I had an appointment at 3:30 and sat in the medical room waiting for an hour after waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I wasn’t seen until 5:15 insane waiting times.
