Concentra Urgent Care

Nice atmosphere, efficient check-in. Although it appeared crowded, the wait time was shorter than expected. Sweet Halloween decorations created a pleasant distraction.

Staff courtesy was great, just a long wait. I had to ask about how much longer the wait. Could be a bit mindful of time management regarding collecting specimens and room waiting time. Otherwise good experience.

Shitty ass service. I came in early in the morning for a physical and general medical screening, there was maybe 1-2 other people waiting. I was there for 3 hours. I had to do my physical at the very end and spent 45 minutes waiting for the physician. Only for her to just listen to my heart and lungs and send me home in less than 30 seconds. Unfortunately I had to come back to get a vaccine and I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours now. The staff are super nice but the overall service is incredibly slow and inefficient.

Concentra really came through for me while traveling for work. I landed in San Francisco with one of the worst sore throats of all time. I walked in with no appointment, filled out the paperwork and was seen in 10 minutes. Everyone was kind and helpful. I tested positive for strep throat and they even helped me pick a pharmacy for a quick fill that was on the way back to my hotel. I recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care in the city. One of the best experiences I have had at an urgent care hands down.

Sign in process and initial exam was flawless. The problem is I got placed in an exam room and waited 30 minutes for a clinician to complete the exam. Instead of placing me in the exam room to wait, they could’ve been transparent about the delays and place me back in the waiting room until the clinician was ready to see me.

Concentra all together is not a good place to go. Known for mean staff, especially front desk. And you'll always wait for hours even with an appointment. You'll get different doctors every time so you have to keep telling your story. Last week top it off for me. I took time off work for my acupuncture appointment. Got there 30 mins early, checked-in to the receptionist by the name of Katy Z. She checked me in and waited for an hour. She eventually called me just to let me know that she forgot to check me in and the acupuncturist will not be see me and said "sorry about that" THAT'S IT !!!!! Her apologies was nonchalant and so ingenuine and not sincere at all! I wasted my time and my sick time because of incompetent people. You are just a number here. Just a head count. My dog's veterinary office is far better than Concentra! DO NOT come here for any cause. AVOID this place! Doesn't even deserve a 1 star !

I went here to get various vaccines for a job and had a lovely experience. The CMA at the front desk was super chill and helpful. The CMA that did my vaccines was fun to talk to and administered the vaccines correctly. Exactly how an urgent care should be!

The staff at Concentra were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time was less than ten minutes since they told me to register online before my walk-in appointment. The facility was clean and organized.
