Concentra Urgent Care

I waited 2 1/2 hrs to have a N-95 fit test & physical done. The tent used for the fit test was old & musky smelling. I was disgusting for a clinic to be using. The blood pressure cuff was not disposable. It is the same one used on all their patients. Very unhygienic. The doctor was very friendly & pleasant.

First off when I walked in and handed the office desk person my document she tells me that their “machine” is down and if I’d like to go to another location. I guess it was the breathalyzer. I said no that’s a huge inconvenience since I’m toting around my two children. I told her I rather just do the regular test which is urine sample. This is pre-employment I don’t understand why I would need any other tests for incidents. She then said she will text me the form to fill out. Their wifi was down. She didn’t offer me a password or anything. After a few minutes, I received message and started the form. It took me to an error page. She later said that she misspelled my name and just to input my misspelled name. She did apologize. But it was still very frustrating. Babies were crying. Luckily, I used my other phone as hot spot for more reliable internet. Another person had the same issue. I finally submitted it and did the test. All in all, it was a frustrating experience and could have gone smoother.

Tried to call and talk to someone about screening. The phone just rings with no one to help. Someone finally picked up and then hung up before I could talk. Customer service is horrible, not friendly, helpful or wanting to answer the phone about questions!!!! This place should have better staff to help people. This is ridiculous!! I tried to put a review on Yelp, all the locations get 1 and half stars. Plus the San Carlos location is not even on Yelp to leave any review. This makes me not even want to ever come here!!!

Still waiting after almost 5 hours to do a pre employment physical/DT. Says it’s gonna be another 45 minutes, was told 4 hours initially, at about 930 this morning. This is the longest I’ve waited for services like these. I pray I never have to come back. Front desk was friendly, service is aggravatingly slow.

Friendly and professional service by the front office folks and the doctor. However, by not accepting appointments (even as an option), I came in and ended up waiting 1.5 hours. Long wait time is definitely something that needs improvement.

I was easy to locate. The staff was professional and courteous. The entire visit including wait time was quick.

I waited over 90 min. only to be told there was one test they couldn't do. The one blood draw they did the person let the needle pull over to the side and I had the worst bruise I've ever had. Not going back and worth driving to San Burno and paying 50$.

My expense there was good due to the fact the waiting period was good and urine test Was pure and safe.
