Concentra Urgent Care

I recently went to Concentra for a TB, physical, and drug screening for a new job. The receptionist that checked me in was very pleasant and professional. The nurse who took my vitals was very efficient. The Doctor was friendly and answered my questions which I appreciated. I had a good experience going to Concentra.

Received my yearly exam for school bus driver. This place has always been ok with me. They quoted my time to complete the physical at 2 hours. It was less than that. The staff was very courteous and professional too. It didn’t dawn upon me until I was sitting waiting for my paperwork that I had been to that particular location many years ago when I had a serious work related injury. As I remembered back to that point, I received the same courtesy and professionalism then. The good service then followed up by good service (7 years) later, has earned them a positive reputation & review.

My visit at Concentra went very well. Dispite their system being down they help me in a timely manner and got me on my way. The staff was very helpful from the time I walked in to the time I left. Thank you 👍

Front office ladies are nice everytime I've gone in. The wait can get kinda long at times. I gave a 2 because I went in for a DOT physical and was failed because I had had a surgery almost 2 yrs prior. Even though the yr before. I passed with the same info on my record. At the same faxility. Dr told me to retire. I'm 41 yrs old there is no retiring this early in my life.

I advised the clinic I had TB as a child almost 35 years ago. I asked not to do the arm TB test and advised I would pay for the x-ray. They refused caused my arm to have a bad reaction it is still red and swollen. They do this to charge the 2 procedures. Not cool.

Came in to do my physical and drug test for my new job the staff was very helpful and to the point. Manager and provider definitely went above and beyond to help me 10/10 great jobs

The staff is wonderful and quick with their work. I felt heard and understood. No judgement from anyone regarding my situation.

This facility was clean. The staff was pretty nice. The wait time given was a joke. Luckily they got me in quicker than expected. The guy who did my drug test was very soft spoken and shoukd have been louder. He did the job efficiently but had to take me to different areas/rooms. I had to wait for a doctor who only spoke a few words and released me. There seemed to be a lack of communication among staff. The only good thing was there was water and the check in staff was friendly.
