Concentra Urgent Care

Thank you for the prompt service provided during my recent visit for a drug test. Upon arrival, the facility appeared busy, leading me to anticipate a lengthy wait. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the process, as my total time from check-in to departure was approximately 45 minutes to an hour. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, with one member even going the extra mile to offer pretzels to those waiting. I appreciate the swift and courteous service delivered by all staff members.

I was told a 2 hour wait but instead I was seen in 1 hour, even though it got more busy. The staff was very helpful in letting me know to text or expect a text. The staff was polite and informative of the steps and procedures. I will make my next appointment at this location again.

First of all I went in on a Monday for a job related injury of a umbilical hernia the doctor I seen that morning verified I had an umbilical hernia and suggested I need surgery, suggested I be referred to surgeon. I went back for a follow-up that following Thursday, not supposed to a different doctor named Dr. Lee. Worst experience of my life, I felt as if I was speaking to a district attorney. The way he spoke to me, the way he interrogated me, making me feel as if I'm lying about my injury. Dr Lee put his finger in my belly button told me to turn my face sideways and cough repeatedly. He first stayed in that I had no umbilical hernia and that I was in no need of surgery, I stated with the first doctor told me a few prior days before. He then stays that I have a small umbilical hernia, so I asked him, "I have a hernia or I don't, because you first telling me that I don't have one, now you're saying I have a small hernia..." He follows by saying, "well you have a small hernia but it's not serious, you don't need surgery."I said you're telling me I don't have a hernia that I don't need surgery, but the doctor I seen Monday told me I haven't heard yet and said I need surgery, so which one is it?!? He then asked me what I did prior work, or stated cabinet carpentry, he then followed by saying," oh you went from light work to heavy lifting in Warehouse, you just don't want to lift heavy, correct?..." I stated I have an umbilical hernia I know my body is not normal I will not live heavy until I know everything is okay. He then follows by saying, you just don't want to work, suggesting as if I'm just there for workers comp. Workers compensation is the last thing on my mind, I just want my body back to normal, I did not appreciate at all his assumptions and accusations. Dr Lee is very unprofessional and I will never wish to speak to him again!!

Manager (Stephanie) in the front was very helpful and nice. She made sure I was seen even tho they couldn’t find my appointment/ information. The Doctor was also good. Only complain I had was how long I was there waiting other than that everything else was good.

Dr. Zakaria is so rude and aggressive! These signs all around yet she’s belittling and aggressive? Make it make sense we come here to see a Dr not to be treated stupidly. We’re trusting you guys to help us.

Went in to concentra for a pre hire physical. I have worked at medical offices before so I know how hectic it can get. Right off the bat the receptionist was nice and attentive, I totally forgot to get her name. They make sure everyone is checked in and the line doesn’t get long. She let me know what I was going in for can take 2-3 hours for it to be completed since no appts are available for physicals like this. I like the honesty already. I told them I didn’t mind. Wait was about 45 min. Considering the lobby was full I say that was a win. Minny took me in and was so attentive and thorough. Explained every process and what was going to be done. After the drug test and my vitals , she placed me in a room for the doctor to review some things. Doctor came in about 10 min later and was great. Soon after I got the results for the physical. And the manager walked me out, she was so great. Took about an hour and a half, another win! I like that this office was not lazy or just hanging around. They were all getting their work done. They even have little ear pieces to talk to each other and follow up with patients information. So cool. All in all, great experience and loved this office!

This place is always busy. If you don't have an appointment you will probably be there waiting to be seen medically for about 2+ hours. The staff that works there are very kind and considerate. Some of the PA's that work there think their doctors and make you feel like they're doing you a favor. There are a couple of PA"s ( physician's assistant) that work there that are amazing, so it's a hit and miss on quality of care office facility... I go to this facility because they have a contract with Amazon for workman's comp employees, now they will see you very quick if it's workman's comp related🤑( it's all about the money) they still treat you like cattle and they treat you like a number.... very sad!

The service took long. I was there for a drug test and waited so long I ended up having to urinate before the actual test and had to drink more water in order o be able to urinate and my sample said it contained dilute and I had to retest if I was guilty of that I wouldn’t leave this review I have never used drugs, I believe that was due to having had just emptied my bladder and drank water. And there was an older black lady receptionist that was so rude!
