Concentra Urgent Care

I needed a TB test for our school district volunteering program. Concentra was perfect for a walk-in appointment. The front desk staff was friendly and informative; very professional. The Health Technicians were caring and thoughtful. The entire process was very easy. This is a great asset to our Community.

The wait time was a bit much, and the lady at the front desk could have been a little more friendlier, but the person I dealt with in the back was awesome! She was friendly and made me feel at ease! All in all it was a good experience.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs despite time restrictions and did so with a smile! And team members worked together to make sure no one went into overtime. I was able to complete everything in 30 minutes! Much thanks to all staff for a wonderful experience despite the time constraints!

Waiting time was a bit ridiculous; the staff out front are mildly considerate at best. The staff inside are more professional. Unorganized, because one of the employees up front questioned if I had seen a physician. Informed her I did; she gave me my folder and told me to take a seat. 20 minutes later I asked the lady at the opposite side if I was next in line. She took me right away and apologized for the situation. Honestly, Ive experienced better care.

Arrived 10:40 for a self pay DOT physical.My appointment was for 11:00. Filled in the mandatory text and turned that in by 11:00. Called in 11:30, done with tests by 11:45, then put in an exam room. No one communicated with me until 13:45. No communication whatever. Then when the physicians assistant comes in, she complain that the room is hot. I reply that it is hot because I had been left in there for 2 hours. Without even the slightest apology, or remorse, she replies “ Yeah I know.” Then proceeds to argue with me about the DOT physical. Avoid this location and chain at all costs.

They fit me in quickly and were very helpful, professional and kind. Friendly office. Good experience and the person helping me shared my joy of new job.

I first waited 50 minutes to he brought in. Then after the initial bro collecting, I waited 1 hour in a cold room for the doctor to show up. We all have busy lives and I don’t have time to waste waiting around. I should be seen promptly. All the chairs and carpets are very dirty.

I am so pleased with the transparency in communication, and am downright impressed. The ladies at the Rhonert Park Concerta Care, have understanding and empathy, and they don’t judge, they just help. The punctuality of my timing, they scheduled me in first - I got seen first. This is a perfect example of well ran medical facility, the doctors here are knowledgeable, kind and are always looking out for your best interests.
