Concentra Urgent Care-Riverside Towngate

Horrible wait times. They can't keep there appointment times and make you wait way past there scheduled time. However if your running a few minutes behind they'll cancel you. I asked if I was going to be seen and was barked at to sit down. The Doctors are actually awesome its the receptionist Eunice who really needs some public relations skills. Very very rude

Rude slow and mean nurses kept giving me different answers and took 2 hours for a drug test they talk more than work very rude and unprofessional

Worst service. I arrived before they opened at 750 am , first patient in the door for a drug screen and waited 45 minutes to be called.

4th person in line and had to wait over an hour to just do a DOT physical.

Very friendly staff
