Concentra Urgent Care

The Staff Is phenomenal. Very polite and helpful. The only issue i had was Dr Liu. Very cold . She made my traumatic experience and pain irrelevant. I pray I don't have to see her again. The one person you think would care is the Dr. Nope not her. But I got GOD so all will be well. Again the Staff Before you see the DR. They are PHENOMENAL.

The wait times are horrible. They tell you there is one person ahead and call in 10 people none of which are you and when you question them They just say your next… I waited over 2 hours while people that came after I did came, were seen and left before I was called in! Even going back to have a simple TB test read, took 45 mins when there was no one waiting to be seen when I arrived. I get things happen I am in the medical field but still not acceptable. Once taken back the staff (MA & PA) were nice, but the process definitely needs improvement!

I was sent to another Concentra location by my new employer. At 8:15am, there were already 20 people in the lobby and they didn't have an item needed to complete my physical. They gave me a list of their other locations. I proceeded to the March location, and there were only 2 people in the waiting room. The women at the front desk were friendly, even when I informed them that I had another appointment later that morning. The said they would move things along as quickly as possible, and they did! My nurse, Nellie, was very kind and explained everything in detail. Truly Dean, the PA-C, was super sweet as well. This location is also newer and very clean. I would return here if I had to do it all over again! A big thank you to their team!

The manager at this location, is hands on and super helpful! Great staff and doctors! They are friendly, present good service to their patients and communication is appreciated. This location is clean, they are organized even at their busiest times. They have a great system and makes the process smooth. Definitely recommended this location!

Very friendly staff they had snacks and other amenities. Kinda cold in there but again you’ve gotta have a somewhat sterile environment. The wait was a little long. But that’s just because everyone likes the place. 100% worth the wait.

I felt like the front desk was very compassionate. Although the office was full, they still were patient and kind and willing to listen to what you had to say. I may work comp patient and I didn’t feel like I was treated unfairly. I felt like I was at my own primary care Doctor office

Avoid this place if you are trying to take a pre-employment drug screen test. I arrived at 11:00 am and did not get called in until close to 2:00 pm. I couldn't hold my pee for 3 hours and had to release it at the lobby restroom twice, that was how long they kept me waiting.

Guy conducting tests was a pro, lady at the front desk is rude/unprofessional, she walks away when you are approaching to ask questions, gets on a call when she sees you approaching to ask what is the hold up and why you were sent back out to waiting room only to get another appointment confirmation an hour later from the original one, does not explain upon being asked if errors were made causing you to be sent back to waiting room for wrong testing, has her child come into work to interrupt services and replies rude that certain thing should have been explained in the back room. All these things happen cuz of upper probpem, they allow this and they get away with and does not get addressed.
