Concentra Urgent Care

The wait was long but that is to be expected. The workers were good at what they do and very respectful. The NP and staff were kind and caring throughout my whole process. I don't hope to get injured again but I would recommend this place.

I met Jasmine at the Concentra clinic today, and she was great! Even though it was a busy day, she kept such a welcoming and positive attitude. She was super helpful, respectful, patient and really made sure things were taken care of. Jasmine’s welcoming demeanor made the whole experience a lot easier, and I really appreciated her kindness!

Dr. Ramirez was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful during my physical for my employer. The front desk was also very kind and friendly, made everything clear and kept me in the loop for wait times and needed documentation. I would recommend!

Staff was great! Got me in & out in no time. Very kind and respectful. Shouts to Danny & everyone else who assisted me today! Much appreciated.

Great staff the manager was the best great amazing very helpful the doctor was ok great fast had no trouble getting in and out recommend this place they are much better than the Ontario location had problems with there manager there

Worst. place. ever. Never ever come here. I had an appointment at 3 pm and 17 people after me went in ahead. I have been waiting for over an hour and I went to go ask why it was taking so long. The front desk lady jasmine was rude saying “we are waiting for more rooms to open” when 5 patients came out of the medical rooms immediately and 3 more went straight in. Absolutely terrible. Don’t come here

People working there were really nice and despite the fact every chair in the waiting room was full, I was in and out pretty quick. Danny the tech was SUPER cool and friendly and took the time to explain how their process works. I give him a 10!

Everything was fine until it was discovered by my employer that the facility sent my urine but canceled the order for the blood they drew. Now I have to drive another hour each way to have my labs redrawn for an unknown reason!
