The receptionist ensured me that the wait would not be long when I called. They kept their word. Secondly, the nurse that collected the sample was very friendly and customer service skills were on point. Kudos to her (sorry I cannot remember her name). Thanks

Needed a DOT physical. I called within an hour of opening to ask if they were able to do one. After saying yes, I asked the receptionist if she had an estimated wait time. She told me that there was no wait time at the moment. I stepped into the office 15 minutes later. Was told the cost was $143, much higher than previous exams I’ve done in the past and more than an advertised price at another facility 10 miles away. I waited 2 and a half hours to be seen, was examined for a total of 9 minutes which consisted mostly of answering questions. So in conclusion, I feel my time (and several other patients, at least one of which left because they couldn’t wait any longer) was not valued. We all have busy lives. I also understand businesses are busy. But don’t bait and switch saying there’s no wait only to have patients wait hours. I also feel like for the high price I paid there would be more diagnostics / check up involved. If I’m paying a lot for a service, I expect to receive good value and service for the price.

I visited this Concentra location for a pre employment exam for a position I was given a tentative offer fora job. The exam included a physical, vision and audio evaluation. Prior to going I called and checked the availability, the staff I spoke with was helpful and polite. I was advised there was no appointment necessary and to arrive as earlier as possible due to wait time increasing later in the days. On the day of arrival I took the advice to show up early. I arrived at 8:30 am and the waiting room was already building up. Stood in line for a fast 3 - 5 minutes and was kindly greeted. My information was taken and I was patiently waiting to be called back. Overall the team was professional and showed curtesy. Being in a medical setting and having patients ahead of you the experience was great I passed my exams and spoke with the doctor, I received my documents signed and was on my way. Total time was about 1 hour 30 mins. I definitely recommend this location.

When I first came in it was people outside pass the elevator, and I checked in and I over heard her tell someone it would be like 2 hour wait not for specialty department so I asked her I looking at the same wait time she said no yours is a bit longer probably 4 hours. There is no where to sit no where to stand without being in the way, and to have someone wait 4 hours when they have an appointment is unacceptable especially when there is no where to sit or stand in the actual suite. I asked is there a way to reschedule she said no it’s basically like this all the time he’s only here 1 Friday out of the month and a lot of patients got transferred in from another facility. So finally I get called back maybe 2 and 1/2 hours in and he sees me in what seemed like 15 minutes and he had no knowledge of my case I had to explain everything to him that was in my file if he would have read it I wouldn’t have had to do that. Then as I’m checking out I hear the front desk lady tell him “oh so now your moving fast” which to me means my appointment was rushed because he’s double booked and that’s not fair to me because I’ve had an appointment with him scheduled my case shouldn’t be rushed just to make room for another.

Extremely long wait! I understand it is a walk in basis but I waited over 4 hours for something that took about 15 minutes, just very disappointed in that process. But the staff were very nice throughout.

Nice staff, very professional and caring. They resolved my my one complaint quickly. My only complaint was the wait time. I was told I would wait about an hour, after 90 minutes I asked if they could let me know how much longer. It's possible an error had been made in putting me in the to be seen queue; it was resolved quickly after I asked about wait time. The appointment was handled professionally and competently once I was taken into the clinic. Don't be afraid to ask about wait times, the team gets it and is very lovely about resolving concerns.

They’re so slow. I hate that they’re the closest to me. I went to the Fremont location previously and was in and out. Here for a simple physical you’re looking at 4 hours. Drug test 3 hours. Like what are y’all doing in there? God forbid you have to urinate while you wait!! You’ll have to stay on site longer! Ugh the minute you’re done with your physical you have to go back to the waiting room for another hour just to receive your paperwork! So it’s really 5 hours just for your physical. I might as well clock in and join the team!!

If I could give 0 stars I probably would. The staff here are very sweet, HOWEVER, I came in for a non DOT pre employment physical, and urine and was here for 5 hours waiting. When the services I did took less than in total 20 min. I checked in at 10am, and was not seen for my physical until 3pm! That’s extremely unacceptable. When I would inquire periodically about how much longer the wait would be, I was told to “be patient” like I had not been there for 5 hours!!!!!!
