Concentra Urgent Care

This is the medical facility my husband has to use for his work related injuries and DOT recertification. It is always clean, and they have a very organized process. It takes some of the stress out of dealing with these necessities of life.

Staff was not very friendly and the wait times at 2:30 in the morning are absurd. The one other lady that was in there with me was left alone for over an hour while the physician that was supposed to be seeing her, fell asleep at his desk

I was very, very patient. More than I should have been. The "specialist" kept brushing off my injury and stated I needed physical therapy. He forgot to schedule physical therapy not once, but twice. Making my injury worse than it was. It has been 3 weeks without physical therapy due to the negligence here. Too many patients being seen at once. I wouldn't be suprised if a covid outbreak happened here.

I drove 40 miles to get to that location, the Dr. Recommended pills and a hot pad and told me I could get it in the front... when I went to receptionist I requested the pad and she told me everything is going to be pick up at the pharmacy I choosed (close to my home) so I asked again even the pad? She said "yes" so I went to pharmacy and they gave me the pills but not the hot pad..... so I called and the reseptionist said she shoulved give me that and If I wanted I could come back....... I said really? I drove 40 miles to get ther and you want me to come back..... the she said you can also buy it.... I paid 100 dollars to see the doctor and this pad was covered already why would I want to spend more money because of her mistake?? So I ask can you mail it to me? She said "no" this kind of people need ro be trained on what they do.....they dont know all we go through to get there ilI am very dissapointed.....

Big change from two years ago. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. I appreciated the clear communication from the staff regarding what to expect during my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and ensure that I felt comfortable throughout the process. The medical team was knowledgeable and attentive, demonstrating a genuine care for my health and well-being. They conducted the evaluation with thoroughness and efficiency, making sure to explain each step along the way.

The worst medical facility I have had the misfortune of having to be a patient at. The specialist I was obligated to see has the worst office crew. They don't have a scheduling system, so the geniuses follow the "schedule as many patients possible". They schedule patients on a 5 min bases, in an hour there are 10 to 11 patients scheduled. Making the wait time 4 1/2 hours easy WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Office management is a total joke when asked simple questions like what scheduling method they us, they refuse to answer and try to justify the situation. The worst overall experience. Staff absolutely mediocre.

I only give a 3 stars because of f the wait to take a preemployment drug test. I arrived ready to take the test but the center did not have proper staffing so I had to wait a little bit longer than I wanted to, but other than that the staff was friendly the receptionist the staff member that actually took my test very top-notch I believe if this place could get some weekend help to get people in and out in a timely fashion it would be helpful not only for the patients coming in, but for the staff that are working on duty

Front desk receptionist was rude from the time that I walked in at 9:40ish am. Before welcoming me or saying good morning she asked the reason for my visit (drug screen and titers) and told me well there’s a 3-4 hr wait. I said okay that’s fine. My requisition would t scan so I had to have a new one sent and guess what? They put my folder to the back. I asked if I lost my place and was told that it goes by the order that I was checked in…. They prioritize urgent care patients and left the 6 people who were all waiting for the same thing sitting. The young lady that drew my blood and collected my urine was very sweet and efficient and told me she would make it quick for me that’s why I gave 2 stars. If I ever have to go back to this place I would rather NOT be hired by a company. Very frustrating and front desk representatives were all rude and unprofessional.
