I have been to them several times, there is sometimes a pretty good wait. But you have to remember, they are seeing Workers Comp. patients, urgent care patients on a walk in basis, they do drug tests for employment, tb testing and reading and a lot of other things. They never know how busy a day will be. And given all of those factors, and not envying the jobs they do, I wait with understanding, to see the Dr. The staff is very nice and professional plus, they have snacks! So if you get sent here by your employer or have an urgent care need, please be patient, they will get to you.

I arrived there at 8am to do a pre-employment drug screening. I was checked in by 8:20am, seen about 10 minutes later. I was out of there, in less than an hour. The place was super clean, the employees were so sweet. All in all it was a great experience!

Arrived early for a follow up appointment and waited over an hour to be seen by a doctor. Even if you have an “appointment” this place is first come first serve so show up an hour early to your appointment if you want to be seen on time. I’d give two stars if the front desk wasn’t nasty to me when I asked how much longer it would be. Don’t waste your time here.

The office assistant told me have a seat and wait for TB results. It was the 3rd day but I had to wait until the exact time I got it for it to be read. Which I was there 20 minutes early, if something was going to pop up on my arm I don’t think it was going to happen in the last 20 minutes. Also when it was time for it to be read the office assistant decided she was going to stop working In the last 30 minutes of her shift and did not follow up with me or other patients. In other words those 20 minutes remaining before I could get it read came and left and she left without informing her team that we were waiting to get our tests read. It was only after I enquired that someone assisted us and they were unaware that we were waiting. Very unprofessional.

Had to go here for pre-employment drug screening and physical. Arrived at 8:00am when they opened. 4 people before me. I waited an hour before being seen. My potential employer sent me with explicit printed instructions for my screening. I was processed in about 15 minutes (weight, blood pressure, eye test, urine sample). That evening at 6:30pm I received a call stating they didn’t take my blood pressure, get my weight, or do an eye test and that I would have to return. I told her they did in fact do those things and it’s a 45 minute drive one way, can she double check in the morning and call me back. She said no problem. In the morning I received no call so I called them late morning. After 25 minutes on hold I was disconnected. I called back and eventually got the center manager (Evelyn) on the phone who told me they did the wrong tests and I had to return to re-do tests. She apologized and assured me she’d expedite my service personally. This was extremely inconvenient as my wife and I had plans that day and I was on a short time line, on the other hand I needed to complete the screening to get the job. Upon returning I waited well over an hour until I was seen (so much for being expedited) and was given many of the same tests (all except urine test) as the previous day plus a new series of new tests. The tech actually commented that my blood pressure was slightly elevated. I replied that I wasn’t surprised under the circumstances. Needless to say the entire 2nd day was entirely unnecessary had they just done their job correctly in the first place. A day of my time wasted due to their incompetence. My wife and I had to cancel all plans which was very disappointing and upsetting to both of us.

I was treated very well while I was there. However, they went over my appointment time because they were running behind. However, they were able to get me a chest x-ray the same day and complete a preemployment exam efficiently.

I arrived 15 min before they opened at 8am for a physical for a new job. I wasn't seen by a doctor until 11:15am. I saw everyone who came before me and many after me get taken back before me. When I'd ask why, they said they were busy and are waiting for a room to open up. They finally took me maybe around 9:30 for at least my blood draw and eye and hearing exam. The young woman who drew my blood seemed to have zero experience and was very nervous. She kept feeling both arms and wasn't sure which arm to use. (I have good veins and never had issues getting my blood drawn) when she finally decided on which arm she asked me twice if I was ready and then did a count down. She actually made me nervous. The eye exam was a joke. I wear glasses and she asked me to take off my glasses, claiming that is required by the physical. Is she asking people who have contacts to take them off too??? I've had glasses since I was 4 years old. She made comments how I couldn't read the big "E." Well I can see it much better with my glasses on. When I was finally brought to a room to wait for the doctor I was told to completely undress and put a gown on. I asked why, and the answer was "that's the protocol." I refused as I know this is unnecessary for a physical for a job. When the doctor came in, she listened to my heart and lungs, looked in my ears nose and throat. And then had me do some physical tests like touch my toes, stand on my tip toes and do a squat. There was no reason for me to do this naked and I'm glad I didn't comply and left my clothes on. I needed the doctor to answer some questions for my employer that I had printed out. Just yes or no answers. She took it to her desk and took a long time answering and even made mistakes (like answering "yes" to me having a history of TB) and had to correct it. The whole experience was frustrating.

Arrived 45 minutes before location opened, I was second in line and still had to wait an additional 2 hours for pre employment physical and vision test. Would be great if Concentra would offer appointments! Once I was seen, the service was fine, but the wait times are terrible!
