Concentra Urgent Care

It is a wonderful place great and friendly front desk, the back staff also friendly and quick. The. Best was the the doctor ( Dr Peña) who cares and is to the point w/o messing around. Just what you want when you go to the doctor quick efficient and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a great facility. I did not expect to get hurt at work but they have made this experience as good as can be. Latoya in the therapy department is a sweetheart and very comforting. It is obvious that she cares a lot for the patients. Dr. Peri the therapist is proffessional and gentle. I really appreciate this. The PA Maggie was very knowledgeable and treated with compassion..Michelle was my MA and did my xray. Great team. Good job Concentra. Above all Latoya is the one who left a lasting impression. I saw her with other patients as I waited my turn and her compassion is contagious. Concentra is very lucky to have her. Keep it up. Whitson B.

I was visiting to get drug tested for a new job and my employer gave me the wrong hours so I showed up late. Owner, Lisa made sure I was taken care of and could not have been nicer. Latoya helped me get the paperwork done quickly and efficiently and I was in and out in 20 minutes as a late walk in. I’m very grateful to this team for their dedication in helping their community. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience at this location. Even though it was extremely busy, they got me in and out in an appropriate amount of time for a preemployment physical. The staff was very nice and did a great job with all the exams.

Customer service was excellent and young lady was helpful. Did not have to wait long to be seen. And young lady that assisted me, was so nice.

Horrible service and mistakes. The front desk is rude and has poor communication skills I called in the mid-day for an appointment for blood work. Front desk lady told me. No need appointment anytime before 3 pm is fine. I arrived around 2.30,they waiting list was empty... they called me around 2.40 ish... , when I informed why I was there for she got mad with the time. " I said before 3. Not 5min to 3 pm..." come back tomorrow first thing in the morning..." they add my details in the system to be ready for "next day" The excuse was blood work is pickup at 3. I called another location and they said if I arrived 5 minutes before 3 and is not people will be fine because blood work is pick up at 3.30 pm. I decided to go to another location where they were super friendly and actually busy and they mentioned that my details were wrong in their system. Pompano location didn't add all the blood work for my order. The new location fixed it and I was able to check-in in 5 minutes. I am not coming back here. They are rude and need training. They could mess up my job opportunity due their mistakes.

Marjorie is excellent and efficient. I didn't not feel a thing when she gave me my shot or drew my blood. I recommend this office ! :)

Great staff. Although the waiting room was crowded I was in and out very quickly. They do a great job!
