Concentra Urgent Care

Went in for 10-panel drug screening for my new employer. Went in with my authorization via my employer sent by email. Check-in was quick very kind & friendly woman upfront. Was called pretty quickly, granted I did go on a weekday. But was seen quickly & done pretty fast. Also results sent within the hour so my employer got them in before the end of the day. Overall great experience for me! Thanks ladies!

Unprofessional and clearly not interested in the patient. Had an appointment today and I was told the wrong time and they said I needed to reschedule as if it was my error. Asked about waiting if someone No showed and I could be seen also was told No. If you’re made to wait around when your doctor doesn’t show for someone else to read your chart without being asked if that’s what you want to do that’s ok. As long as they don’t lose that’s fine with them just when you lose it doesn’t matter. Told if I was new and had walked in even if it was later in time they HAD to see me but since I’m not I can’t wait to be seen(something if off here). Also was told if the doctor thinks I had to be seen they would. So that means I myself the patient doesn’t know how I feel and know if I need medical attention. They make you do the things the way they need it done to follow there regulations but it’s clearly not in your best interest. So your denied service and management would come and talk to you but of course “she is going into a meeting” so you have the time to talk to the employee but not the patient.

I recently visited Concentra in Pomona with one of my employees for a work-related injury, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service provided. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcome and attended to from the moment we walked in. The entire process was smooth, and the medical staff demonstrated professionalism and expertise throughout our visit. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of medical attention. The wait time to see the specialist was a hour and a half. The doctor spent 2 minutes wth me to read my symptoms and rushed out, leaving me helpless. I went with high expectations thinking a specialist was going to find a cure or plan for the pain I've been in 7 mths. Dr. Patel showed no empathy or care to help the patients. As I waited another 15 minutes for my paperwork, she was arguing with another patient at the reception desk. She talked poorly about the patient after they left the office, stating, " I hope they never come back here again ". Concentrate need to hire more professional and empathetic doctors.

It could have been perfect 5, I wasn't pleased with Dr. Lee's nurse thats giving instructions, she's in a hurry and annoyed with my concerns and questions for clarification.High voice like angry tone. Front desk was excellent customer service. Dr. Lee was good. OT department was excellent from my first visit.

Management is pretty unorganized. Customer would come in and not know where to queue up because there were no signs. Till they come up to the counter just to have told to wait aside. The workers have to tell them one by one, that’s not how it should be. Just put up a sign, or set up a ticket booth for them to queue up, no need for repeating yourself to whoever walks in everytime.

This location has very bad service. Takes very long time to be seen. I made an appointment for a follow up and still had to wait over an hour with an appointment to be seen. However, they do not communicate with you to see what’s the hold up. Everyone waiting along with me have waited significantly. I don’t know if it’s lack of personal but treatment here not realiable

Girls in front office were nice the Dr. Lee was very pleasant listened to me he's a great doctor the girl in the back that did the physical was rude no passion would Never want her to do my physical again
