I'm awaiting a call from management, my husband went in for his usual appointment, this time a different doctor who does things differently and seems to just want to collect more money from patients. My husband decided not to proceed with the evaluation and was told he could get a refund...once leaving front office associates say that's not possible. In what world would we have to pay $140 for a job not done, the evaluation was incomplete?! Hoping management can rectify this problem ASAP or we'll be escalating to BBB. Oh and mind you he was there for 4 hours!

The staff was great! My wait was super quick! So quick the doctor was shocked I got in so fast, he says during the morning times the wait is long, he’s seen people wait 4-5 hours with a lobby full. Best time to go is 1pm.. other than the staff here the environment is filthy looking. From outside to inside.

Quick, efficient service. Older Woman at the front desk knows her job but wouldn’t necessarily say she enjoys doing it. I think she would rather be anywhere else than there or maybe a bad day. Other than that the service that I was in office for that day was quick and easy. The rest of the staff were pretty personable and polite.

Dr Dominguez is an extremely thorough and kind doctor. I never felt rushed, he made sure to explain exactly what was going on. He took the time to research a chronic illness I have, as to be careful not to prescribe anything that could adversely affect me.

The visit was rapid and friendly. The front desk rep could have been more courteous- HOWEVER, the nurse assisting with the procedure was AWESOME!!! She was very kind, and reviewed and accommodated my request ( use of butterfly needle) and made simple and friendly conversation. Overall 10:10

The staff was great! Ran everything smoothly and efficiently and they were very helpfull. The doctor herself was also very great and efficient. She did well to keep me comfortable during the physical... (Its always uncomfortable) but she definitely made me feel better about it. I was in and out quick! Just do yourselves a favor. Show up 30 minutes early. Be #1 through #5 in line. And it will be a quick visit if you can manage that!.

So I will be honest, I was there 3.5 hours for a flu shot and physical. I arrived just before 11am, so probably started running into people's lunch breaks, which everyone deserves. BUT, everyone was nice and friendly there from front desk, medical assistant, provider, and others I don't know what their positions were. Especially Fred who showed me back to the room. He offered me water and a snack which I hadn't even realized I desperately needed! It's hard to keep a good attitude when you're as busy as these folks are, and probably have to listen to a lot of complaints because walk-in clinics wi always involve a long wait. That can't be helped. Thank you all for your hard work! Also, I wouldn't give much credence to some of the negative remarks asserting that they aren't providing care for their injuries. Most describe an appropriate level of diagnostics and I highly suspect what they are actually mad about is not getting narcotics. I've been in Healthcare for close to a decade and certain patterns emerge. The other common issue is not really understanding what medicine can actually accomplish for you. If there is no evidence of injury from scans and physical exams...they don't have anything to treat. Or it may be a minor issue that insurance just won't cover additional diagnostics or treatments. Don't get me started on AZ Workman's Comp. And they can be mad at the government that it also hinders the ability of the prescriber to give narcotics if they cannot justify it.

Came in at 8am and leave at 12 pm ! It took 4 hours just for the physical assessment !! Nothing wrong with the administration, they work very fast with the paperwork. However , is the provider came in late ! The whole waiting area if full of people just waiting for the provider
