Concentra Urgent Care

So professional. I went in for an annual blood test and everything was streamlined easy to sign in, fill out paperwork, and seen quickly. Veronica was great she explained what she was doing and told me what I would feel. The staff was great!

This Concentra urgent care was great. I got there, signed in. I waited maybe five minutes before they called my name got me in and before I knew it, I was on my way out. All the staff were also great. They were very friendly and polite and very professional. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease. Great job to all staff members. 💯

I usually show up to my appointments 15-30 minutes early. Greeted as I walked in and was checked in fairly quickly. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes before I was called to the back. Staff is very friendly and polite. Dr was great also. Checking my wound and making sure it was re-dressed and enough supplies were sent with me to take care of until my next visit. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing care at a clinic..

This last visit was great! The girls up front were kind and helpful, the facility was clean and cutely decorated for Halloween, the staff was professional and efficient, and they got me in and out in only 30 mins or so! :)

Veronica P. is very nice and courteous and gave me all the paperwork copies I needed. As a healthcare worker too, I appreciate her professionalism and how nice she was. So far my last 2 experiences at the clinic have been great.

I’ve been to this Concentra location for pre- employment screenings twice and once for treatment, which included physical therapy. Everyone was very professional and polite during each visit. I know their services are available if I need and I know that I’ll receive great care as well.

My reason for going to Concentra was simple concise and the staff were great especially the nice young lady that collected my sample we told each other some good jokes and had a good laugh all in all was the best visit that I've had to any medical facility

I was pleased with their customer service, as they went above and beyond to insure my comfort. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. People like them make the world a better place. Thanks Ladies!!!
