Concentra Urgent Care

I would just like to say that I’ve been going to this Concentra for about 10 years. I believe this is one of your best medical facilities that Concentra has. The employees are always helpful and polite when you’re coming for your appointments. Even if they’re overwhelmed with people in the building, they still do a great job. Very disgusted with how my pre-employment drug test went. I had been sick and wasn’t able to produce enough urine. The staff treated me terribly when I got upset, and they didn’t follow protocol to allow me 3 hours to retest. They made me feel like I only had one hour, due to the fact they were closing. Wrong and unprofessional!!! I would give zero stars if I could.

The people at the front were great and got me signed in and everything. The nurse who took me back had no personality, did not speak except to provide instructions and did not make me feel like a person. I understand the job may not be all you are looking for but you chose it and should treat people as humans and not just a transaction.

The most important thing I can say is that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all made sure I was taken care of and treated well. The only negative thing I can say is they are very understaffed. I was put into an exam room and sat there for over two hours waiting to see the doctor. It wasn’t the doctors fault. They all were doing their best and keeping amazing attitudes through it all. I would gladly go back again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We had an appointment and more than four hours later we're still waiting to be seen. We've been in an exam room for more than 3 hours waiting. They know we're here but don't seem to care

2 hours to bee seen for a drug screening. I arrived at the facility ready to take the test this forced to hold my pee for 1 hr 40 min before I finally could not hold it any longer. Only to get called 20min after unloading everything I had in my bladder. Then being forced to wait until I had to pee again thus another 35 mins on top of it. Then to top it of a day and a half later I am dealing with what seems to be one of the worst flu/cold I’ve had in the last 4years after being forced to sit in the lobby with sick patients for 2 hrs. Thanks a lot! Zero stars I will not ever return.

I had a workman's comp deadline and the staff made so many exceptions for me and treated me with kindness like I have never seen at a health office, they patiently helped me mere minutes before they closed. Specifically Maria, Patty, Samantha, and Dr. Lizarraga. Thank you all!

Went for a FIT test. Filled out all the forms then was told the credit card machine was down. I was then told testing was over at 2pm (it was 1pm already)and I could not get islt done because of a wait of 3 hours. This should have been told prior to me filling out paperwork. I went back next day and I was the first one at door waiting. I have the lady my paperwork from yesterday, then again I was told card machine was still down. I said I have cash this time. She then told me that I needed exact amount of $153. I was then told to go by something “a soda” and return with exact change. When I returned just from going across street, I still had to wait to be called back.
