Concentra Urgent Care

The whole clinic is amazing! The wonderful Woman Delia( at the front desk ) was extremely helpful and professional/hardworking and welcoming. Cynthia was also amazing! Very friendly, professional, made the entire experience wonderful. Really great team here! Overall, everyone i saw today was just wonderful 💜

So I went in today for an extensive physical and it took all morning. But thanks to Cynthia and Bertha who worked with me the whole time the physical was great! They were really professional and nice and talked with me the whole time. I was really happy and they took great care of me and even Melanie was very nice and professional with me! If you need any kind of testing or help I highly recommend coming to this facility. Everyone I talked to today especially Cynthia, Bertha, and Melanie made my experience so much better. And the facility was very clean and everyone worked really hard to finish everything that need to be done in a timely manner.

My experience with Concentra Urgent Care was amazing. They took great care of me. Once I walked in I was able to get an appointment and take care of my visit in less than 5 minutes. The nurses were friendly and professional. I’m a very impatient person and I was so amazed by their fast service.

This place is great. They got me in and out and were very friendly along the way. All the ladies there were incredibly nice and all had smiles on their faces. Cynthia was the one helping me and she was awesome. Very nice and sociable, and knows how to do her job well!

Very great people that help me out Brenda,Mel,and Yesi We're awesome, very polite they interacted with me very well, made me feel comfortable and just a pleasure to have them provide me with customer service.. I wouldn't want to do my annual physical or drug test any where else. God bless happy new year and thank you guys so much for making me feel welcome...

First time writing a review! I loved their service. The front office girls were very attentive. Cynthia did my lab work and I loved that she helped ease my nerves. 5 stars

This facility made my experience very pleasant because the staff is extremely friendly. The front desk was quick & efficient checking in multiple people at a time as well as the woman screening me. Overall, I wish more facilities were as friendly and efficient especially on a late Friday afternoon.

Went in for a Physical, TB and drug test. Went in anticipating a long wait, but to my surprise I was taken through the process in just a little over an hour. The staff there was also welcoming. I would have gotten through it sooner, but I had to complete the initial paperwork before starting my exam, which is ridiculously to much. My 4 star rating was primarily for the paperwork, which hopefully they can update and simplify. Thank you and God bless
