Went here for a work physical. I've been here before but for some reason they didn't have any of my information. Staff was friendly and did a good job with most of the tests ai needed. The P.A. took a whole 30 seconds (not exaggerated) to do my physical. I understand they are busy and need to get through a lot of patients but what can you determine in 30 seconds?

The first visit with Dr. Moore really put me at ease. Her big smile and calm presence and her ability to really cares about her patients and takes time with you. I noticed the The whole team seems to be very happy and satisfied within their work environment which makes the atmosphere very welcoming. I have had physical therapy before. The exercises I have been given are increasing my mobility in such a short amount of time! My therapist is Ryan Blake and he is doing an amazing job in getting me back to normal after my injury. He really listens to me and encourages me on my progress. I really appreciate the care I am receiving from Concentra.

The front desk staff are very nice, however, every single visit, you will spend a minimum of 1.5 hours there. The PA (Sue Radoff) walks in, spends 2 minutes with you, encourages you to lie about how you are feeling, is condescending, doesn't listen to a word you say, argues with patients, let's her ego become involved in making decisions, thinks medicine is a one size fits all approach, and genuinely acts like she doesn't care. It feels like the type of environment where they only care about how many patients they see so they get paid the maximum amount per day. The physical therapy staff are ALL amazing and spend the dedicated time to truly help you heal and also educate you. I made the mistake of not listening to friends and family when they told me not to go to a workers comp facility because all they care about is treating every patient with the same protocol and then discharging you without regard to how you are actually doing overall. Lesson learned, but fair warning to others, take your business elsewhere!

I walked in for a pre-employment screening and drug test today. They were very busy with new patients but were up front with me about the wait time I could expect. Clean facility. I had Christian as my medical assistant and Dr Moore as my provider. They were both wonderful! Christian did my blood work and TB test, both of which were extremely smooth and painless which is hard to do for TB test and I can be a hard stick for draws. I appreciated both Christian and Dr. Moore’s bedside manner. I would return to this location if needed and recommend it! Thanks Team!

My recent experience has been with the Physical Therapy Department at Concentra in Oceanside. My experience has been exceptional for the past year that I have been treated at this facility. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Considering people go their when they have been injured and in discomfort or pain the staff understands and demonstrates extreme consideration and care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this type of treatment. Thank you

The staff is great. But what makes the experience a 3-star is the wait time. It would be helpful to have the option to complete the paperwork digitally prior to the appointment time/date. Having to do this in person seems to double, if not triple, the wait time.

Everyone was really friendly but it took so long. I was a walk in but it took nearly 3 hours. Some of the procedures in the back were fast and other times I was waiting in the room for so long that I thought they forgot about me.

I took my husband for a D.O.T. physical we were 3rd in line when they opened at 8 AM . My husband called Concentra a week before going for the physical. The doctor that was supposed to do the physical told my husband that she couldn't do his physical. She told him that he had to go to his primary doctor. We paid $113 for her to tells us that. When we got home I called to Concentra to ask them why were we charged if they didn't do anything. They told us that by filling out the questionnaire and the doctors opinion that was his physical. She didn't anything at all. We were at Concentra from 8 AM to 12:30 PM . It was a real bad experience.
