Concentra Urgent Care

My first time coming to this location. I came in for a physical. It was such a great experience. Everyone was really nice, welcoming and helpful. Inside is really clean and nice. It was very quick and simple. There is parking on the side. Which is paid meter parking.

Yesterday I came in for a drug test because of a job offer I was given. The employees were amazing, yet the procedure at this facility was disgusting. I came in to do a drug test. I understand there are questions that need to be answered, but there is such a thing as privacy and rights. Why on earth would a drug test ask if I have ever been terminated or let go because of health problems for a drug test. That is none of your business. They asked many other employment related questions and unfortunately I have to answer otherwise I can't do the test that my job requires in order to work. It is disgusting how they basically hold your employment for ransom just to get your personal information they have no business in knowing. The questions they asked especially all the employment related questions made me extremely angry to the point where I had to point it out to the employees. Of course the employees were nice and revealed that these invasive questions were a new thing. Whoever runs this facility should listen to their employees and stop invading other people's privacy with invasive questions you have no business asking just because you think you can get away with holding another person's employment for ransom. Shame!

The folks at the Oakland clinic are very professional and organized, each time I went in for my physical and TB test I was seen almost immediately and out quickly. This was a pleasant surprise as I had multiple experiences with other Concentra locations where I had to wait for hours or even get turned away due to long wait times despite getting there right at 8am. The facility warm and welcoming with good vibes between staff and clients, it's clean and even decorated for Halloween!

My experience was good. The staff was very nice especially the the lady that did my non d.o.t hair sample. She also, offered me water and snacks afterwards. Keep up the good work, and Thanks again

Wonderful experience. Staff were really nice jose made the visit go smoothly and was genuinely one of the nicest people I've met. Dude deserves a raise.

I felt very comfortable. Not only did I feel comfortable they made it their duty to do so with no effort. Everyone was very nice. I wouldn't mind going back.

Everyone is super nice and professional here. Actually one of the best urgent care I ever walked into. I came here for my physicals and drug test and everything went smoothly and didn't have to wait too long. The facility is clean and they even offer snacks and refresher

I was told the wait would be horrendous and it wasn't! The employer even told me what times were best to go due to the long wait and when I went I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't long at all - the staff mentioned it could be a bit of a wait but I was in and out on both visits. Staff was really nice and they even give you (my location) a parking pass. No complaints at all!
