Concentra Urgent Care

I had a great experience during my visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the front desk team was particularly personable. I came in with my two autistic sons, and I truly appreciated how accommodating and kind everyone was. We were in and out in a short amount of time, as I visited towards the end of the day when things were quieter. The process was smooth, and the staff even made a point to say goodbye as we left. If I ever need to return, I would definitely come back. Overall, it was a positive and seamless experience.

Worst place ever. I made an appointment for 8:45am. Got there at 8:15 just after they opened. There were 5 people waiting for walk in appointments. I was told that there was a scheduling change and that I'd have to wait at least 3 hours now. No phone call to tell me. I took half a day off from work to go here. They absolutely suck.

Jay P. gets five stars. He was very helpful and professional. I came right at opening time fora drug screen and left about 50 minutes later. Jay was the only physician working that day. Concentra needs to retain medical staff; one person working is not acceptable.

Overall I had a great time. Doc. Jess B. Was great and was responsive to my needs. With the first few appointments with the doc it was a little tough because they had only 1 provider so I had to wait around for a while. However, my last few apps they've had two providers so quick turn arounds. Jay also left a great impression. I saw the doctor and then continued with Physical Therapy side of the practice. Those folks there are great. Shoutout to the cool intern, Matt, Jess M. and Tina! Thank you for creating a welcoming and uplifting environment for my benefit and healing. I hope I don't get injured again, but if I do, I'd like to come back here and be taken care of by these professionals.

I would absolutely recommend Concentra to anyone! Every staff member I've dealt with has been amazing and very helpful. The atmosphere, especially in the PT section, is very welcoming. Jessica and Joey (physical therapists) and Dr. Jessica Butt are so kind and I actually look forward to my appointments. I'm a little sad that once my injury is healed I won't see them anymore honestly. And Tina (PT side) is the sweetest! 100% recommend this place!

I arrived at 8:00 am with 6 people ahead of me. I was there for a preemployment physical. I finally saw the doctor at 12:50. He was with me for 5 minutes. I did not leave till 1 pm! Five hours for a 5 minute visit! Horrible!

Called in to check availability the receptionist I spoke with said walk in times could vary between 1 to 4 hours and that if I scheduled an appointment it would be much quicker..... I scheduled an appointment and still sat there over 2 hours for a simple physical

Nursing staff was excellent. However the doctor was short with me and cut me off before I could explain certain things in the room for 2 to 3 minutes .After waiting two and a half hours the doctor tried to find a reservation not to see me. And I had to wait past the verbal confirmation for an email confirmation for them to do a blood draw TB test. All in all I was there four hours for the TB test . The business of getting paid was more important than treatment or test of the patient.
