I was instructed to bring appointment info, but I forgot. The person checking us in looked up my info with no problem. She was very nice. Once I checked in my wait was short. The person in the back was very nice as well.

Facility was clean. Staff whom assisted me were professional but there was one personnel upon my arrival that was rude to an Hispanic woman who clearly needed a translator. She made the woman go back out to the lobby and refused to help her and loudly showed her distaste for the fact that she could not understand her. Very unprofessional. The other disappointment is that the wait was an hour long but they did have a sign up stating that. My nurse and doctor were friendly. And the office assistant upon my departure was as well.

Hmm. Maybe my experience was one off. I originally posted negative review. From my viewpoint it took a little longer than when I normally do this. So they got one star. I arrived based on my mapping system at 840am. Based on when I left it was 1117. The people were not mean, they were nice. I just felt forgotten and passed over. Most people were talking about why they were there and it was the same as me, fit test, drug screen, and etc at least from what I could tell by just listening. But here is a swift kick in the pants. The manager read the review and called me, just a few hours after my visit. She explained how things work and I understood. I am never the screaming idiot that is upset. I listen, watch, and leave. We all can get through negative experiences and just move on without making someone else's day bad. My entitlement should never be factored in. The manager apologized and that deserves five stars. You gotta care about your work and how it is perceived if you are going to call a person over some random Google review. For that I was wrong. Sometimes you gotta have some patience when in the medical world. I should of known better. Kudos to them for caring. Most companies don't anymore.

I son just had 2 teeth pulled and couldn't talk at all. I went back there to answer the question they were asking. The lady said who's the patient and I said he is and she said we'll your not allowed back her very rudely and very disrespectful. That lady does not to be working there.

Improper blood pressure practices. Resulting in higher blood pressure readings. Which effects my ability to renew my medical card. 16 years without being on medication and receiving 2 year renewal for my medical card.. concentra threatened to fail me. I'm not on blood pressure medication. 16 year customer at concentra, I will not ever go back..
