Concentra Urgent Care

Recently went to concentra for a physical exam and the staff was amazing , they were friendly and very efficient! I was in and out taken care of well and treated like a valued customer . Also I want to thank Lefinne for helping me with everything I needed you guys have been great thank you ! Even got a cool gift bag ! How dope is that !!!!!!!!

Receptionist was short in her responses and seemed bothered. Interaction with her was unpleasant. Tech Alex was awesome!! Ask for him when you go! 👍🏾🙌🏾 Doctor was quick and efficient; pleasant also. Wait was about 1-2 hours. Waiting room was not full at all. About 4 people. Do not go in the morning.

Excellent customer service. Front desk staff was very organized. Alex did a great job helping me get through all the tests I had to do, he was very professional and made the process manageable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently needed to get some screening done for my employer and initially went to the Stratford location, but it was so busy that I decided to drive to the New Haven Concentra instead—and I'm so glad I did! The staff there was an absolute pleasure—so nice, friendly, and great to chat with. It was my first time at a Concentra, and they made everything super easy by sending me a link to input my info ahead of time. Once I arrived, I just sat and waited for the next available doctor. The wait was minimal, and I was warmly greeted by LeAnne, who was a delight and made the whole experience enjoyable! She instantly put me at ease and had me laughing, which definitely helped ease any nerves. While getting my vision test, I had a great conversation with LeAnne and shared how much I appreciated the fantastic experience. She even surprised me with a gift bag! Thank you, Concentra New Haven, for the wonderful service, and thank you, LeAnne, for the laughs and the gift bag! I can’t wait to use all the goodies!

Process was seamless from the time you enter the building to getting on the elevator. Receptionist seemed to be managing the cards she was dealt. There was only one receptionist open with a long line. This isn’t a quick in and out visit. Plan to be there for a while. Overall experience was okay.

I arrived just thirty minutes after opening. The front desk lady was friendly and quick to get me checked in. Once all the paperwork was filled out, the people who call you back had me right back for all my testing. Very friendly and efficient.

Everything went well faster than usual. Only thing was I asked Dr if I was all set and he said yes you can go. But I needed to leave a meeting 45 minutes later and go back because he didn't tell me that I wasn't all set. Nonetheless, the staff was outstanding!

All of the staff were amazing! I went on 6/19 (Juneteenth) the super tall medical assistant was super helpful and funny. Dr Perez and her assistant were amazing as well. Even the front staff! It was a longer than normal wait, but it was a federal holiday (WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD OFF) there was one doctor and they did the best they could! I would totally go back!
