Was here for a work physical. Didn’t wait too long. The nurse whom vitaled me was excellent as was the PA who saw me. In fact most of the staff was nice. My only complaint is kind of a big one. When someone is standing at the desk waiting to be helped, don’t come sit at the computer without acknowledging their presence and setting the expectation, like by saying “I will be with you in a moment”. Waiting three minutes while patients stare at you awkwardly less than 2 feet away from you is extremely rude and uncomfortable. I get it, you are busy. We are all busy. Most people who are there will wait as long as they need to if they are treated the respect and professionalism. You set the standard , and do not be surprised if people are rude to you when you treat them like they aren’t even there as you type at your computer. I work for a major health care provider and we would be written up if we did this. Also, I requested a copy of my physical and was told I would have to get it from my employer. That might be out of Concentra control but still I feel like if it’s your health info you should be able to get a copy of it no matter what. Just my two cents .

I used to go to Concentra back in 2021. It was horrible. You could feel the tension as soon as you walked into the front doors. With an appointment I would wait 2-3 hours to be seen. It was never a good experience. I went back last week, I was shocked to see such a difference. From the moment I walked in I could feel a difference. My wait time was minimal and I was well taken care of by Dylan. He was very informative and explained everything along the way. I heard they recently got a new manager. She has made a huge difference. Well done Concenta team!!

Very polite people but no knowledge, they just ask same questions every time that I had appointment but never have done físicas examination. I waited more time than the time they spend with me. Last visit was the worst . I waited in the little office for 40 minutes and someone told me why I was there and I responded you are the one who told me to make an appointment for therapy and then she said that I didn't do that so I told her you guys are the one that told me to come today you never told me to go to another office to make one. So to she apologized. Then I wait again for a paperwork and went to another office to make an appointment for therapy so I waited again. I spent more than 3 hours for nothing. All the visits that I’ve had with Concentra were the same way. Vey awful.

Needed to take a rapid test for new employment and things couldn't have gone smoother. Checked in with no appointment, was called into the back in less than 5 minutes, had a lively conversation with the outgoing and friendly employee, did my business, then left. Easy, peasy. Zero complaints, only praise. 👍

I had to go in for an employment drug screen. Service was fast and friendly. Jailene was awesome. She was organized, professional, and friendly. Thankful not having to wait all day.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Concentra Urgent Care, thanks to the wonderful team of front office medical assistants. They’ve always been professional, efficient, and kind, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Medical Assistant Jack R., who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and went above and beyond during both of my visits. Jack’s dedication to patient care is evident, and I felt truly cared for. Thank you, Concentra, for having such an outstanding team!

Wait times for physicals are FAR too long. I waited over 2 hours to be seen, it wasn't busy at all & I arrived at opening time. The staff was friendly, but because of the extreme wait time, for seemingly no reason at all, I'm giving this clinic 1 star. 2 hour wait time is unacceptable. Do better Concentra.

Only 2 stars today. I’ve been to Concentra many times, never this experience. The two front office/intake staff were rude to myself & other patients. They spoke loudly about a patients condition, were very dismissive & unwilling to assist even before my question count be asked. I arrived at 11:00 for a physical, drug screen & labs. I was not called back until after 2pm. I asked about giving my urine for my drug screen early because of the wait. They didn’t even bother asking the back office staff if this was possible secondary to the prolonged wait. The actual Provider & back office staff were friendly, efficient & helpful per usual. The front office staff could benefit from retraining in customer service & patient satisfaction & experience.
