Concentra Urgent Care

Every time I come in the ladies in the front greet me so well. Always so helpful. Dr.Hensley has been the best experience I’ve had. She is so dedicated to her job and has made my experience so smooth. She has explained everything so well. Love coming here, it’s never a drag like a typical office.

The front staff was very nice even though they are always swamped they were cool enough to joke around a bit. I went in to get some paperwork from my tests that I had done and Amelia was very helpful in getting everything taken care of quickly. Even when I had lost a paper, I called back and asked if she could print one out and she was very willing to print it out and give me another copy. A million thanks to Amelia and the rest of the front staff. Keep up the good work, it doesn't go unseen.

Amelia and Adriana helped me at the front desk. They were very pleasant. The process of checking in was easy. I came for a TB test and was in and out quickly. The whole team was so nice and I got to vote on the best pumpkin for Halloween.

The staff here deserves more than five stars! The receptionists are always so sweet and inviting; there’s always smiles from every single staff member. I currently am attending for acupuncture with Dr. Hensley. Let me just say, she is AMAZING! 10/10 I would highly recommend anyone that needs acupuncture to this facility!

I would like to share my experience at the Concentra In Moreno Valley Every time I come, the young ladies in the front that sign me in are wonderful very helpful. Very friendly lady that I go to love her. Very help. Very nice. Very just get the job done no pain. I just want to say thanks to everyone that works in the therapy department there are very good employees and they make you feel wonderful when you get there.

Dr. Hensley has made my acupuncture appointments a delight. She explains it all so understandably. The ladies at the front are so sweet and helpful. Any time I come in for my appointments it’s always a smooth process.

I love the Moreno Valley location!! The entire staff as a whole are super kind and extremely patient professional and helpful! Special shout out to Amelia and Jackie!! Thank you both, my favorites!!

Shout out to Amelia, Adriana, Maria, Jose, and Dr Plata. All smiles , professional, very welcoming positive energy! I honestly didn’t know I needed confirmation from work to renew my DOT, thinking I had to go on a mission to get approval. Amelia and Adriana suggested to phone work and get a verbal approval so I would be able to get checked in. Normally I feel if I were to have gone somewhere else I would’ve had to go on that mission but thankfully for these two I was able to get checked in. Jose welcoming, very professional, went over the steps of what they do for DOT, quick and sufficient. Dr. Plata came in did his thing and cracked a medical joke that’ll stick with me forever. I can’t even get my own Dr to smile or crack a joke. After completing examination went back to lobby where Maria was informing me of what the next steps are after examination. Very nice and yes professional as well. Don’t let anyone’s negative energy bring any of you down. Have a blessed day and thank you.
