Don't get seen by Dorothy Smith for a work injury she will tell you that your ok that's what happened she hasn't even received my MRI yet but I know what my MRI shows because the emergency room told me that I have a few bulging disc and arthritis and my nerves are being pinched. I was put on modified work duty to only lift 15 lb then she changed it to 35 constantly and push and pull up to 45 lb constantly and I could barely lift 15 lb can you say malpractice.

I was seen today by dr. Dorothy Smith who from my perspective was very unprofessional and unsympathetic. I had a work injury for a second time i have two bulged disc due to moving heavy pallets when i say heavy i mean thousand of lbs. According to her it will go away on its own. Last injury i was place on light duty and it went away in couple of months but mainly it avoided worsening the injury. However, Dr.Smith did the opposite. I ask her to please put me in light duty until I get better and mainly to avoid worsening the injury. All she did was shrug her shoulders and put me back to work but the worse thing is that I provided mri's results from kaiser showing the discs bulged and yet acted like nothing is wrong w me. If this turns into a Herniated disc due to her negligence I will look for legal advise. Not to mention a 3 hr wait to be seen. I know normally workers comp dont act on your favor. But Dr smith treated me like if i was lieing of my injury. Did nothing to help but only gave me ways to control the pain and unsympathetic towards my well being. Completely no need to send me back to work to pull more heavy pallets which eventually are going to worsen my injury. Help yourself and go somewhere where they actually care for you not this B.S

5-6 hour waits are common here… I can in for a physical & drug test which would usually take 45 mins to 1 hour at other places. here at Concentra it takes 5-6 HOURS!! the staff is incompetent and should go back to school/training if they can’t handle more than a few patients at a time. Why take in walk-ins if you’re already behind schedule. worst thing is they don’t let you leave and come back. They make up excuses why you can’t leave but they just want to make money off you. Don’t even come in, go somewhere else

My boyfriend waited over 3 hours in total today even with an “appointment” at 10:45am. Took his vitals about 11am and then said to come back when they call him- called about 1pm and did not leave until past 2pm. I understand that they are short staffed, but only 1 DOCTOR for the entire day? Absolutely ridiculous and this should be changed + this is normal everyday here

Manager was present in room with me and physician. The reasoning is still unknown to this day. Under hippa laws I thought this was a violation of my privacy. Also the female physician this day only seems to be interested in what’s in the best interest for her. She never did ask me how I am feeling nor did she ask what my symptoms were. 4 days prior I was diagnosed with a concussion and chest contusion and really bruised ribs. I was still feeling a little woozy and ribs are still so tender. Physician took it upon herself to visually diagnose me with what the hospital properly assessed my injuries with not just visually but physically as well. Then the physician at Modesto concentra took it upon herself to say the dr at the hospital is wrong and I was prescribed wrong medication and o my allowed to take at certain times disregarding the physicians orders that prescribed the medication. Overall physician took it upon herself to do what was in the best interest of herself rather than even asking what I, the patient, is feeling and what symptoms I am experiencing. The person was a African American female that was seeing me. I don’t even want to label her as a physician when she only cares for herself and what she thinks should happen. She does not take care of the patient at all!!

Great and informative staff.got out in good time. My only complaint is have about this place is the location for if you're there for hearing tests. The quiet tones are not audible over the a mount of traffic nearby and the airport traffic.

The staff is amazing however Find another location if you don’t have the patience to wait I got here when they opened . I sat here 3.5 hrs I was running short on time since I had to go to work they took my vitals gave me my tb test and told me they would push me thru thurs afternoon and give me my physical exam at the same time when they give me my results then other wise I would have been waiting till end of the day at least now when I come back Thursday I can plan accordingly thank God it’s my day off but I really appreciate the staff working with me so I could get to work on time today you always get more bees with honey than vinegar. Customers service jobs are always stressful when dealing with the public. I asked nicely and they were more than happy to help me out.

Took me 6 hours to get a physical and a TB test done. I got called back to the room and waited almost two hours until the doctor came in. Staff and doctors were super nice which is why it got 2 stars
