Concentra Urgent Care

Me and my coworker walked in when they opened the door at 8am sharp and we were assisted immediately. We were there for cheat x ray which is required by my work and was assisted so quickly. Friendly and helpful staff with a very clean environment.

I was on a recent work trip and just needed help replacing a bandage that was on my back. Everything was fine until I went back to my hotel room and realized they left the outer edge of the waterproof bandage on. So…one nurse and a doctor didn’t even put a bandaid on properly 😂 Almost funny if it wasn’t so sad 🤣

For the Concentra in Abbot I rate it as 9 however the one in 2737 Walsh Rd Santa Clara rate us 4. The pain on my wrist ia not getting well and this lady told me the clinoc is just therapy and adviced me to look for another job. I was surprised she said that as if she gave up on my cure. It is so unprofessional of her.

I visited along with a friend for our fire department physical and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Doctor Tokhi did an amazing job and has a great attitude!

Had a same day appointment which was great and was seen at the facility on-time. Handled my medical care professionally and efficiently.

The front desk was very very sweet and helpful, the nurse was awesome and friendly, and the doctor that attended me was also very professional and sweet, and they were all very nice young women!

Terrible service doctors are aggressive acting like we own them something. Definitely not a place to go for check out . Worse yet not a good place for workers comp injury.

The staff was very accommodating and quick with the procedures. Keep up the good work !!!
