All of my visits, I am treated so well by all of the team there. They have good positive energy and are so helpful. This time, the system were down and they graciously communicated so well with me and the other patients, and they found work around solutions to not make people wait to long for appointments and paperwork. Kudos to that team and leadership there. Thank you!

I recently visited for a drug test, but I couldn't proceed because I was unable to provide a urine sample at first. With only 50 minutes left before closing, the staff was incredibly kind, even offering me warm water and reassuring me that I could take my time until closing. Finally, with just five minutes left, I was able to provide a sample. I am grateful for the kindness and encouragement from everyone there, making it a positive and supportive experience.

Positive experience, smooth pace, efficient as well as personable interaction, & professional employees. I squeezed in my appointment through utilizing their walk-in opportunity. It was a fortunate day. It was that busy, and I made it the person that sit out that I worked with on the phone before I went there, and that did the intake for me to prepare for my test, I believe her name was Brenda. She did great. It was at the end of the day. I rushed and barely made it and At the end of her shift, Brenda and her coworkers were still jolly enough to help me feel comfortable. Concentra, good job on your staff and staff. Thank you for a smooth process. My experiences with Concentra have maximum stars every time.

Always a long wait. Even if you have an appointment. for an example my appointment was at 11am at 12:15 a asked how much longer and finally I saw my by 12:30 the only thing good is the staff is nice and the first check in is easy all done on your phone instead of filling out paperwork.

Before I had a problem of one of the front desk secretary but I talked to the manager and she took care of the issue and we became friends, they do their work efficiently and professionally. I do respect them and they do the same, they work hard.

Service is good, but call center is poor, I have an appointment at 1pm, Blanca the front clerk told me call their office 30 minutes for transportation before coming. I called the lady (i didnt even have a chance to ask her name, she hung up) put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me, I called several times, they never pick up, keep hung up and block me, what kind of service is that, when the patient can't move, all I need is the ride to the clinic to see doctor

Don’t call with follow ups for your appointment even though it’s your responsibility to take care of that my issue is the contestant rescheduling over and over and over. Can’t get therapy done and appointments done here on the days you’re supposed to because they keep switching them.
