Went in for a physical for a new job. My employer sent me the registration forms, so I signed them before my visit. I was checked in quickly. The ladies at the front are nice, very helpful. The Dr is great. It gets packed fast. So I recommend going early. We really need another Concentra in madera. Just to get some pressure off this office.

I could give a 5, but a 3 due to the long wait. Front desk ladies very accommodating and straight up will tell you that there will be a long wait like 3hrs. I asked if I can come back to get a quick lunch and took my number so they can call me back which was really nice.

Visit was average. Long waiting time for a drug screening and physical. Most of the staff was ok. One of the CNA’s or whoever that brought me back initially (short, heavyset girl), was rude and made me wait in the room (about 20 min), while she went to lunch, without saying anything. The next lady that helped me was very nice. I was there over two hours in total, for the doctor to come in for about 5 minutes and say I was good to go. Not a great experience.

Went at 830 in the morning and there was already alot of people waiting. But the wait wasn't very long. I was in and out in an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was there for 2 hrs just for a return to work physical. Also after I was done the doctor told me to wait in the waiting room, I was there for 25 minutes before they asked why I was sitting there. I said the doctor told me yo wait for the nurse to clear me to leave. The nurses where like oh you could of left already. But they let me sit there for 25 minutes. They n3ed yo be more communicative.

Referred by prospective employer. Asked to make an appointment for a pre-employment physical and drug test, told that wasn't necessary to just walk in. So walked in and waited. Told them that I only had limited time because I needed to be there when my kid got off the bus, told that wouldn't be a problem I just needed to fill in a few things. Had to go back and forth getting security credentials over text in order to open a long questionnaire (which asked for a lot of stuff they most certainly did not need for just a physical and drug test) before I was basically in line to be seen. Did drug test and told them I was really very short on time and was assured it would just be a couple more minutes. They also said they "just needed my signature", but it was ANOTHER questionnaire. I finished it and told them I was out of time and needed to leave. They said it would just be a minute to do the physical right then, I said okay. Then they put me in an exam room AND MADE ME WAIT MORE. I had to call a family member to rush over to my home to wait for my kid. I would have absolutely understood if at any point im the process they had simply been honest about how much time it would be, or allowed me to schedule an appointment. Total disregard for my time and responsibilities.

Horrible experience. First walked in at 12pm, then they said oh our doctor is on lunch come back at 2. Then they call me on my cell saying he barely went on his lunch. When I get there they want a urine test. I give them one but they forgot to overlook my entire chart and had to give another urine sample for alcohol and something else I can’t remember after the fact I used up all my urine I had. I then had to drink water in their office for almost 2 hours to give them another sample. If you’re going to ask for a sample at least make sure your employees are looking at peoples charts correctly.

Every year I get a different Dr to sign off on my Medical Card. My last didn’t have time to talk about what I need to do.
