Concentra Urgent Care

So glad that I chose to come here. The front desk is so nice and professional. The providers listen well and the physical therapists there are amazing. I would not go anywhere else than here for my care.

The treatment I’ve received here has been non existent, subpar and completely irrelevant to my injury. First, I wasn’t even seen by an actual doctor. Not even a PA. My treatment requires a hand specialist, and that’s what the NP told me to do. Yet for some reason workers comp wants me to check in here just for the NP to tell me the same thing. Second, the PTs are at a loss for what to do with my hand. They’re asking me what I’ve been doing and gave me exercises that absolutely have nothing to do with the 2 ruptured tendons in my hand. Overall this is a complete waste of my time and if you need to see a doctor I don’t recommend Concentra because they don’t have one.

The RN on duty did not listen to me she failed my DOT exam because I mentioned I have sleep apnea. She immediately denied me did not hear from me that it was mild. The lady who did my urinalysis and eye exam was very nice. She got done with the exam and had me put on blue shorts and wait for the Nurse or RN. I feel violated because the nurse denied me and had me put my pants back on. So why did I have to get undressed, I don't know myself. I will never go to this site again.

Front desk lady was rude and snotty. I don’t use my phone for any kind of check in. And I couldn’t figure it out I thought you could ask for help and I got a snotty reply and basically called dumb. Thank goodness I had to go once and don’t have to go back. Rude.

Very professional and personal. They very attentive and courteous to the patient and from our past experiences they run very smoothly. Appointments are always on time ,meaning very little wait time.

wait over an hour as then they skip me by letting the guy go that came in after me almost pee my pants everything else was fine just too way to long was there for lil over 2 hours

I just complet d my care here at concentra .. To put it lightly.. Micah .. Darcey and the rest of the crew rock .. twice a week they checked me in set up a ride to and from , handled paperwork .. everything . they were alway just at the top of their game You guys rock and concentra is lucky to have u as employees are hanks agin front desk and staff

Staff was amazing to work with, we gave them a days notice that we would be by and they got 10 guys in and out for urine analysis.
