Concentra Urgent Care

Having to come here for a future employer drug screening, it is a little difficult to make time with their normal hours of operation. So planning to be first in line helps but you aren’t going to be the only one with that mentality. Now walking in I didn’t expect to make it to work on time but I did so that’s two stars right there. Now for the second portion is for the hair cutting portion of the drug test. I expected to leave with a bald spot that takes a long and I mean a long time, 3+ months to grow back so leaving with my hair in tact is why I am giving a full set of 5 stars. Lastly everyone was cordial and that was pleasant but personally for me it wasn’t a factor for the 5 stars. For looking back I wasn’t late for work and still having my hair is plenty to be grateful for. I thank you, and so does my wife.

Concentra Urgent Care is clean, organized and was in and out. Went in for a pre employment urine test a couple days ago and all employees were nice and caring. I would recommend anyone that needs assistance with this organization to come here. You will be in good hands.

It was a great experience. I came the first day and was informed that I would only be able to do the drug test and would have to come back for the physical. I decided to come back the next day. The employee offered to send me a link to speed up the process when I returned. The link was appreciated because I was able to fill out the paperwork before my visit. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff members at this location are awesome. They’re pleasant and friendly to the visitors but the doctor who performed basic checkup on me was mechanical and emotionless. I felt like he was trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. He’s unprofessional and careless about his patients. I give the staff 5 stars and zero star for the doctor.

The reason I had to go in was to do some testing, but it was a very good experience. Not a typical for thing for me to do, so I was feeling really anxious in the moment, but the wait time wasn’t that long, the staff was nice and I felt confortable doing what I had to do, on top of getting what was going to be a charged parking spot taken care of by Concentra. It was very appreciated getting taken care of as I did, on top of things getting done in an in and out manner. I would 100% suggest them to anybody!

As soon as I got there, the two ladies were very accommodating, and helpful . Not only were they attentive, but they also made the customer feel welcomed. 10/10 and I would go back

Thank you Concentra Urgent Care of Downtown Long Beach, CA. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for all your employment related urgent health care needs. All the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The whole patient registration process was quick and easily done through my cellphone, I just filled out the registration on my phone, submitted it and within less 15 minutes I called in to be seen. Once again thank you Concentra for your 5 star service.

The staff is always friendly. The wait time is within normal reason as well. I always try to come to this location for my annual employee screenings.
