Great customer service by all the beautiful women. Calm, professional and efficient. The 2 at the front desk have gorgeous smiles and went out there way to help me get taken care of.

Black lady at the front desk was very rude, making faces when I was talking like she was annoyed. Has a bad attitude so I just left before I was even able to see someone. I barely said anything either all I said was I need to see someone.

I went in for a drug test and dot physical for a new job. Paper work was super easy to do on the phone. Staff was super friendly and fast. Everyone from the front desk and the nurses made me feel very welcome.

When getting checked in they messed up when trying to get me checked in, after they rushed me thru my DOT physical, which I don't think it should have been rushed. After doing a quick check by the doctor, they could not even print off my paperwork and didn't know why after the 3rd person came to fix it. Then over hearing the doctor and the director arguing outside my room about them to fix it. But they both said they where to busy. Finally the doctor had to hand write my paperwork! So unprofessional... But that is just my opinion. Was there for almost 3hrs!!! Really disappointed with my service.

Staff was extremely friendly! Kept me updated on time frame. The day I was there they were short a nurse. However, they got me back in a timely manner. Everything went very smooth. Great experience!

Opened on time, signed in promptly, completed paperwork and began receiving services. Transitioned from each station easily and staff was very informative about each phase of the examination process. Painless blood draws and cordial staff. Enjoyed my visit.

Long wait times. Dr doesn’t listen to patient concerns. Medical assistants and nurse are very nice. Soley gave a one star because the dr acted nice but didn’t listen to any of issues. I went and got a 2nd opinion and my foot is indeed swollen. After the doctor at this location said he didn’t see anything.

I went there today PA came to check me! I am hurt he ordered X-rays and X rays are done but I am told to go to work and I am not allowed to drive now they are asking to see them again…. I am hurting really bad if I have to go to work why do I have to go to see them again…. Is not it idiotic…. They are making money and ganging up… I wish they have the same pain as me.
