Amazing staff and very professional. Even after a grueling three hours (not because they were slow) of physical examinations and testing, their kindness and dedication never faltered. Definitely would recommend. Ivette showed remarkable endurance to do her job and keep at it with a smile.

Fine care but wait times are atrocious. I waited a very long time in an exam room anybody checking on me and was only seen after I reminded them . I had been waiting over an hour in the exam room after waiting an hour in the waiting room. I understand the clinic gets busy, but at least check on patients to give them an estimated time of being seen so they don't feel like they were forgotten about. Other than that great care staff , really nice .

Was here as a referral from Tricare. Greeted when I entered. I was helped, taken care of, I was given an honest wait time of 3hrs. Which is about what it took for the whole appointment. Not too bad considering I was a walk in. They took me in close to closing time, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, the doctor and everyone took my pain seriously and even conducted X-rays and prescribed me medication right away. Very clean office and parking lot. There’s an elevator so it is wheelchair accessible. Parking in the front and under the building. The only feedback would be to have the front desk staff be a little more patient and professional. They were very helpful to the customers that I saw come in and out, but it did seem they were exhausted and their frustrated tone did seem apparent with at least one of the customers there. Lastly, I understand that coworkers are friends but there’s a time and place to be chit chatting about some things and or keeping mind of the words one uses infront of patients/customers. I would go back. overall very enjoyable experience. From the kind staff, the kind x-ray tech, and the doctor.

The staff and the doctors are always polite and professional. However, every single time, without exception, I wait at a minimum of 30 minutes before I’m seen by the nurse let alone the doctor. I always arrive early. And I always wait. I understand people are busy, sometimes extra time has to be spent with a patient. Stuff happens. But every single time. Maybe you’re booking too many people to close together? I know with workers comp deadlines have to be met with doctors, so perhaps it’s just too many patients for the staff to handle. I know it’s a first world problem, but it’s still very annoying.

Attending was adequate but rushed. Physical therapy seemed to make it up as it went along. I didn't feel like there was a plan, merely this is related so here we go. I asked for a release because I didn't feel confident that there was any directions or measurements for progress. I know that they get paid but I felt like my employer wasn't getting there money's worth.

The doctors and PT are amazing! But the staff at the front desk are rude and are not nice. I see how they talk to other people in line at front desk and same treament as myself, the are rude and have little patience. Its almost every time i have to check in and same experience-rude.

The physical therapy team is absolutely amazing. Every time I walked in, they fostered an uplifting and energetic environment. They are very informative and provide great detail when answering questions. Alvs Mondares always challenged me to be stronger while recognizing my physical limitations. The entire staff went as far as to play my favorite artist’s music on the speakers my first visit. They are all gems and are amazing at what they do.

The actual nurse practitioner and doctor were great. They listened and explained everything effectively and I got the treatment I needed quickly. However the tech, Jesus, that took me back for initial testing and questions was a little rude. When I described my symptoms he looked me with skepticism. I described having a cyst that was causing me pain and he said “are you sure it’s not just a mosquito bite?” in a very rude tone. He also kept yawning and complaining about how tired he was to me, which I thought was odd and not what you want to hear from someone in charge of your medical stuff. Fortunately the other clinicians were good but it was off putting to have that as your first experience with care there.
