Dr. Harrison is a great doctor. He attended to my medical needs. Dr. Harrison and the staff in the special Dept. are great people they have been very attentive and answered all my questions. The Urgen care office The doctors and the staff are very pleasant. there were no issues with the communication Thank you, as I am still healing and my medical needs have been attended with at ease

If I could I wouldn’t even give them a single star. Waited for 4 hours to get 3 tests done, they wouldn’t check up on me, when I asked when they would finally called my name they said only one person in front of you and then 3 more people walked in before me all of which arrived after me. After the first two tests done they made me wait another 40 min inside while the tech left to start helping someone else after the third test they told me the doctor would be in soon waited another hour in the room asked people they said he would be in as soon as possible. Wasted 4 hours of my morning I was here as they opened the doors and left early afternoon if you can find someplace else or somewhere else to take your tests please do.

Front desk staff, nurses, and physician were all incredibly helpful and professional. Came in for a physical, and the team here did a thorough job and were efficient. They made sure to take the time to run all the checks properly, despite this being a new process for them. Would definitely come back again.

Late October's E screen's down time caused my on-boarding for a job to be postponed. Concentra has no clue when it will reopen. I have to deal with Select Medical group in order to trouble shoot. I asked if anyone can help be notified but nobody knows anything. When I had my chance, I waited two hours to be seen and my physical took less than 20mins. It was a night mare. And the lady that sat next to me had the same horrible experience.

They were very professional with the process of having you sign in and completing paperwork before being seen. The medical assistant that attended me named James was very nice and well spoken he has a very good bedside manner which you rarely see nowadays. He was very clear with instructions during my my visit and provided information for my return visit.

I waited for over 2hrs for a simple pre employment drug screening. It doesn’t seem like they are worried about your schedule. Expect to wait at least an hr minimum. It doesn’t seem like anyone here is in a rush to help.

Staff were super friendly, Helpful and professional, The nice lady on the left helped me with filling the application, Fairly easy process I’d say. And in no time I took the test. Highly recommended!

It took an hour for a simple Blood draw. It should not take that long. Front desk was nice but they need to not over book.
