Well I was the first person through the door and checked in, but 4 patients that checked in after me all were seen before me. I waited over an hour to be seen. And , no, they didn’t have appointments. Once seen the service was great and the facility was clean. I would have given them a 10 if they would have honored the first come first serve rule.

A lot better experience than I did back in 2020 when I had to come here for a hair drug test. Both front desk and the medical workers were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the guy who gave me my urine test and tbd test. I forgot his name but he was incredibly enthusiastic and overall sweet young man. Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable.

I waited for almost an hour even though I had an appointment. It's tough when you have to leave work and have to wait that long to be called and have to go back to work. I had to leave and reschedule because it was too long. And on the second try, unfortunately, the long wait happened again. Maybe they are understaffed? The staff is lovely, but the wait is too long.

I have a history of passing out everytime I get a blood draw. I passed out twice but the staff took care of me and made sure that I will be okay. It took them 3 times before they can get a blood out of me but I’m glad that the staff are very understanding and patient. I went here for my medical exam for Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. Thanks to that lady who took care of me, sorry I did not get your name, but you know who you are.

Went for a DOT physical. The one nurse who was helping me was rude and she doesn't know how to take blood samples. She got aggravated stuck me multiple times then started to yell at me as if I was her child or something. The nurse should be fired before she gets them I to a lawsuit.

My experience with concentra began with the receptionist, very unpleasant person to be working as a receptionist on a places where everyone who attends is in need of assistance. After welcomed with rude attitude she lied to me telling me that the waiting time was from 2 to 4 hours and that I should come back the next day at 7:00 am because they were very busy with another patient. I didn’t give back because the test I was going to take was for a job offer and I need it asap. I got in after give back a form to fill up quickly by the way because , the receptionist suddenly she was in a hurry for me to go inside , it took me less time of what she was saying, lied!!! The questions I’m asking to myself are , what is wrong with this people who work on this medical places? They don’t want to work? They don’t have the talent or motivation? Then go work where you guys belong. But please don’t full yourself or others just to make couple of bucks for doing nothing.

09-12-24 just got hired, gone there for a simply drug and physical test , felt like I was there for annual health check up. Forget about professionalism, cause simply proper matter was not thought by parents was totally discriminated by racist front & back medical assistant. On 09/12/24 was the first out of 5 that got there at 7am, just be the last one it was not just the impression, not just body language or they she spoke but the way she had trouble in assisting me, even she was doing my physical her rude spoiled brat answer, like she didn't wanted to do my physical. Came back 09/13/24 cause was satisfied with the results. I was the first and only, the same front and back medical assistant she took her time, she sent me away claiming that the restroom wasn't after she gave a unethical and unprofessional You not going pee all the floor in my restroom, the other office that sent couldn't help and sent me back, literally have me waiting almost a hour. There a female patient that came in I knew her she only spoke Spanish, I also do speak Spanish.. not even two minutes she was called..I kept pressuring until finally was help. Not only being discriminated but hell nightmare feeling leaved going home on 09/12/24 the way the handle or did not how consult the patient...yes there a concern but didn't take the time to question symptoms or history, instead living me feeling that I got some medical issues that life and death. The doctor was the same attitude acting like they where very uncomfortable, annoyed and like they were looking you down. I personally I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy on what I gone through racial discriminated and the feelings that you got some health that you would die ,that could of be prevented by question examination and proper information for the patient

Today is August 18th 2024. I don’t know who is on duty, but they kept me on hold without answering the phone. It's a Sunday, and it's obviously not busy, but they still refuse to pick up the call. I want to say, if you don’t like helping people, then don’t do this job. No one is forcing you. If you can’t even answer the phone, can you still call this an urgent care? Making patients wait so long—what if there’s a real emergency? Wouldn't it be too late then? The staff’s attitude is terrible. I don’t even want to give it a single star. Places like this get ruined by lazy employees like this!
