Concentra Urgent Care

Wow amazing professionalism and customer service. My daughter was sedated upstairs and the lab that was suppose to come get her blood draw during her sedation did not come through. We only do this once a year, coordinated with multiple doctors. I walked down stairs explained what happen the MA with out a beat took amazing care and got the job done. Highly recommend this office and their understanding with special needs. Compassionate healthcare providers can indeed make a significant difference and make life a little less stressful. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I have went to several Concentras over the past 17 years in Denver and Colorado Springs . I went in today for a TB test, flu shot and DOT physical. I have to say that it was the most stress free experience that I have ever had at a Concentra. The staff was so friendly and relaxed; the physician very easy to deal with. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so surprised at how smoothly everything was done that I felt I had to leave a review.

The Receptionist, and nurses made the entry process very smooth. Doctor Kawasaki explained the exam and the process clearly and answered all my questions

I was there for an annual work physical. The front desk staff was pleasant but seemed confused regarding the paperwork & continued to request more be filled out. The PAs in back were very good. I was supposed to get a quantitative fit test for my respirator but only received a qualitative one. The doctor was very pleasant and had a good bedside manner.

Pleasant office and waiting atmosphere. The staff were amazing and friendly, and I was shocked that they remembered me from my first visit 2 days prior. I love that I didn't feel like just another number or warm body that walked in. It's all in the small details and I will surely recommend them and use them in the future.

Waited over 2 hours for a drug test and DOT physical finally got called back to wait another 45 minutes for the doctor (I was told multiple time rooms were filled but when I went back all doors were open with no patients that I could see). From stay to finish I had been there from 1pm-4:50pm. I have yet to see any employee welcome anyone with a smile or hello. No manners among the employees; sub par for any doctors office I’ve been too. On the plus side you can always listen in on the NSFW conversations being had by employees while you wait to see the awesome doctor.

This particular location was quite efficient. There was practically no “wait time” the two days I needed to visit there. I was only getting a TB test so it didn’t require a lot of time, but I was pleasantly surprised at the swift “in & out” visit. That said, the lady that administered the TB shot was a little “too quick”…and didn’t give me a sterile bandage to dab the blood away after the shot— just would have been a nice gesture though I know it is not supposed to be bandaged…I am a “bleeder.” Otherwise, friendly receptionist care and great facility!

People were nice, but was given the wrong test. Almost cost me my job
