So this is the second time I’ve had to come to this Concerta. My son was having an allergic reaction to food. The first time and I came in and they told me because he was under two they could not help him. And I am saying this is a life or death situation and they were giving me such a hard time about it and that was really really frustrating because the closest place that would take my baby was in San Jose, so 45 minute drive, that seems very irresponsible on the doctors . And then I called about 30 minutes prior to coming in and asked them about getting a TB test when I could go in and they said they do it every day except for Thursdays and I said “ oh great so I can come in right now?” The nurse on the phone responded. There’s not a lot of people, but there are people. This is November 20 at 4 o’clock when I got in there and they said they never received a call like that and that they stopped administering those shots at 3 o’clock. Definitely call after three and they definitely confirmed that I could come in so I got all three of my little children ready to go my oldest being five get in there trying to make sure my kids don’t touch anything and then they make me wait to tell me that they cannot do it. I just think being accountable for saying that yes you could was important and they both acted like they never received that call and I know it was either one of the two ladies working at the desk because, I doubt somebody within the past 30 minutes and when I said that to them, they just looked at me blankly. So if I were anybody, I would make the effort to go somewhere else. This urgent care is so awful. I’ve had two awful experiences.

Receptionist was rude and the doctor was more rude making me feel I was faking being hurt. There were nice people like the person I had spoken on the phone and got my paper work ready and.the person who sis my vitals but other then that I would never go there again. If I ever need to I would drive to another town if necessary.

I recently visited Concentra Urgent Care and left feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. The main issues centered around poor customer service and excessively long wait times. The front desk staff and receptionists were consistently rude and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in assisting patients and gave the impression that they were there merely for the job title rather than to provide care and support. This attitude created an unwelcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The wait time was unacceptable. I spent up to 4 hours just waiting to be seen, despite my procedure not being particularly complex. This excessive delay is not what one expects from an "urgent" care facility.

The Facility/clinic itself is ok, however, the medtech who drew my blood is not yet experienced. She poked me like 3 or 4 times before she was able to get the vein. My right arm sores for how many days. I would love to work with an experienced and confident medtech next time

The wait time was ridiculous. After an hour I finally hit my TB test and the nurse was very nice and did a great job. I then waited over 40 minutes for the Dr. to finally come in for my physical. She proceeded to discuss Covid and I was 100% against it. When I told her we aren’t discussing it, she became very rude and had an attitude. During the physical she never once looked at me to see if I did everything she told me to do. This Dr. was nothing close to what I expected a Dr. to be. I only went to this place because of my employer ONLY. I will never go there again and that Dr. needs to learn to be respectful and kind. The Dr. is lucky I didn’t put her in her place but that is what she needed. She can take her attitude and put it where the sun doesn’t shine.

PT and Acupuncture side of the facility are WONDERFUL. The medical office, especially reception, are unwelcoming, aloof, and can be outright rude. The front office should learn some manners from their Office Manager (guessing that’s who she is, as she seems regularly pleasant and kind to patients). Always expect wait times, as it appears doctors are overloaded with patients and running late. Always expect a non-responsive front office staff when you ask about your status; you just have to wait it out, even if you have an appointment .

My first time here. Came in today for genetic testing labs, the receptions/front team was nice and helpful. However when it came to getting my labs drawn it was not a great experience. I had gotten labs done in the morning at labcorp and told the phlebotomist at concentra that she could use the same vein , she was reluctant to use it and said she’d attempt with another vein around the same area. When she went in with the needle she completely missed it and poked my skin, then she attempted again and when she put the needle in the vein appeared to rupture and instantly started bleeding. The phlebotomist seemed distraught and decided to try the initial vein I told her to try in the first place. After the vein ruptured a hematoma appeared and the area began to hurt. The pain went up my arm a few hours later I had to talk to a teladoc through video that agreed that this shouldn’t have happened and suggested I go into the ER or urgent care if the pain persisted. Definitely not the experience I was looking for. I’ve gotten blood drawn so many times that I’ve come to know which veins cooperate and work very well for labs. Idk if the girl is not well experienced but if that’s the case she should have someone supervise her.
