Concentra Urgent Care

A few days ago I had to get a DOT physical done. At each stage of the process the wonderful nurses guided me through it. Amazing experience! The doctor was super professional, I could tell all the staff had had a long day already yet they all were energetic and extremely polite. I can't thank them enough for the time they took out of their day to help me. I would highly recommend them! also they made sure to walk around handing out snacks and waters to everyone who came in 😁

I have never visited a more friendly urgent care facility in my life! Everyone was nice from the first to last interaction. The procedures were exactly as explained and the system from intake to discharge was perfect. I was really impressed. Thank you

I got here at 740am...it is now past 940am and I have yet to have my physical done and I still need to do my drug screen! This place is ridiculous! They're excuse was "others had appointments" I was the 3rd person in line for a physical this morning! Which they said I couldn't make an appointment for when I came in yesterday afternoon! They have 2 providers yet they are taking 2 hours for 3 patients ahead of me! They asked if I wanted a snack while I wait in a robe for the past 1.5 hrs waiting to be seen like that was going to make it better or something! This place is ridiculous 😒

The worst place ever, receptionist rather talk among themselves than to help the huge line at hand. The nurses and doctors are nice and polite but they are way over booked! Waited for a room to open up for over an hour, waited for the doctor to come in and do a simple physical for another 50 minutes.

The staff was very friendly and thorough and the office was nice, clean, and comfortable. I arrived in the morning and was told to return at 1:30pm because they had maxed out on walk-ins for physicals. I asked if I would have to wait after returning and was told I would be called straight back, once I return. After returing, I was called back very quickly as promised. However, I waited 1.5-2 hours in the exam room for a less than 5 minute exam. Although it wasn't in the waiting room, I still waited an extended period of time for an appointment. I appreciate the effort of having me return but I was mislead.

SOOOO SLOW. had an APPOINTMENT at 3:00 arrived at 2:30 and didnt get out until 6 pm its crazy. they need to stop double booking people when they cant even handle it. and tell that one medical assistant to go inside and take vital instead of hitting her lil vape outside.

My name is Marisol R . Front office staff very rude, a blonde older lady. She would cut me off quickly if I asked anything, it looks like it hurts her to smile . Another staff person passed out snacks, which was nice and unexpected. The person that took me back was ok, just very straight forward with everything, didn’t look she she wanted to be bothered with any question either. Didn’t wait too long, maybe 30-40 minutes. Very small waiting area with loud children.My appointment was a drug test, maybe that’s the reason I wasn’t there too long.

The ladies at the front desk were not Nice I felt very much rushed and when I was asked a question and I would try to answer or explain a situation. I was cut off when I was finally helped in the back for a drug test. I felt the same way. I would try to ask a question about what was needed for a job. She made me feel like I was bothering her by asking her three questions however, when I was doing my physical, the gentleman was very nice. He was the only one that made me feel comfortable. I believe he was Mexican short. and he was walking with a limp he was very nice
