Concentra Urgent Care

From check-in to completion, I received outstanding care from all staff members. Despite errors on my paperwork, the receptionist kindly clarified and assisted me. Courtney's initial screening was welcoming and informative. The collaboration between the nurse practitioner and technologist Barbara was impressive. I highly recommend Concentra for its efficiency and clear communication. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent visit. I went there once, maybe 2-3 years ago for an urgent matter and the nurse practitioner at the time was horrible. She was so rude and judgmental and kept telling me I was lying to her..it completely turned me off from the place. Who gets into healthcare to belligerently shame your patients? I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about going back, angered that I had to be there because of my employers mistakes and not ready to be shamed for the manual labor work I do as a very small woman. Well, to my surprise, my good old friend must not work there anymore! (Or at least I hope not). Every last one of the staff was friendly and it made the visit a breeze. I’d like to give a huge thanks to Barbara and Janet for being clear with me, kind and compassionate as I was a bit nervous for all the tests, and for speaking with me on a personal level. They both seemed to truly care for my well-being and I very much enjoyed the conversation and company with both of them!

Not a good experience with the nurse practitioner who took every opportunity to poke fun at how I had described the issue my child was being seen for. She did not believe that my child was in pain because she was calm. The practitioner openly showed that she was skeptical and questioned my child's reason for being seen. She told me that my child could have 800mg of ibuprofen, which the Doctor we saw the next day said that was an unexceptable amount for my child's age and weight. She was rude to myself and my child. We will not be seen at Concentra Urgent Care again for any reason.

Absolutely terrible experience. I am not one to write negative reviews but this was not okay. Had an 8 am appointment for a DOT physical and didn’t see the medical provider until close to 9:30. Most all the staff were kind and helpful, but medical provider (nurse practitioner) was incredibly rude and unkind. I’ve worked in medicine and I know how crazy it can be, but this woman had zero regard for me as her patient. If I had the choice to die or go back, I’d pick death…

Barb did my initial check in before the dr arrived. She’s an amazing person and was friendly and welcoming to talk to. She was quick and efficient and the dr that came in was very understanding of my mistake I made on my paperwork. We got it all squared away and the dr was super nice. Front desk ladies are always fun to joke with as well.

I have been sitting in the waiting room for two hours now as I type this after showing up 10 minutes early to my appointment. Evidently your appt time is a check in time, for paperwork they make you do via text message that could be sent the day prior. I’m still not sure what my actual appointment time is. They also let me sit for over an hour with my son before telling me he couldn’t be in the room with me. Instead of bringing that up when I showed up. However due to the fact that they didn’t see me for two hours I was able to make other arrangements.

The front desk ladies were the bees knees, very kind and welcoming!!! Barbra is basically the best thing since sliced bread…Together they turned a mandatory visit into quite the pleasurable and painless experience…

I was a walk in close to lunchtime. They fit me in no problem and the staff was in a good mood despite the crowded waiting room. I got my CDL physical completed and out the door with medical card in hand in about an hour. Short time to wait for a walk in
