Staff was friendly and helpful. Not just to me but everyone I witnessed come through the door. They had free snacks and water in the consultation room which did come in handy and I was very thankful for. My prescription was called in and filled same day by my pharmacy. My only complaint is that a place like that should always have two physicians ( or at-least a PA) but this day had only one juggling all the patients. I always anticipate a wait at urgent care but I also expect it to be fully staffed.

I went to urgent care to get an x-ray of my foot. I called ahead and they let me know that I could be there for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I appreciated the honesty, and could plan accordingly to bring stuff I could work on well was waiting. I was impressed with how calm and professional everyone was. I know so many places like this are understaffed and I imagine it must be a stressful job. But The doctor and the medical assistants were all Very thorough in their communication, and very kind. I never felt like they were trying to rush me through. It did take close to the three hours, But I was able to get what I needed as a walk-in patient and I was very satisfied.

I came to this clinic in order to get a pre employment physical. The employees are fantastic, kind, and highly efficient, doing their best to try and get each individual in and out as it does get quite hectic/busy during the day. The few times I’ve been there I arrived a little after 9:00am and spent maybe 30 minutes in the lobby before getting called back to a room. The physician assistants are great and efficient with the goal of receiving quality care and minimizing the wait time. I highly suggest this location for urgent care, physicals, and general medical attention.

I received good care, but the wait time was brutal. They only have one physician some days of the week. They warned me about this in advance when I tried to make an appointment, which they don’t make for urgent care issues. While the staff I met were great, I hope not to go back because even a simple medical issue can take up half your day to resolve here.

When I phoned to make an appointment I was told they didn’t take appointments. I would have to walk in and wear closed toe shoes. I walked in wearing sneakers and saw several people wearing sandals. I was told I would be in and out in 90 minutes. I waited for two hours before I was called back to begin my work physical. The testing lasted 30 minutes. Once that was completed I was out in a room for another 40 minutes before the doctor came in and profusely apologized stating that she was the only doctor in the afternoons. I understand they take patients according to their needs however several people there were there for a work physical. They were called before me. Horrible experience.

I have been to this Concentra a few times for pre-employment check ups and testing. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and I can come as a walk in, or make an appointment. There is a TV playing in the waiting room to give you something to watch/listen to, but there are no captions. It is always on the hgtv, home buying channel, haha...I like that channel.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. I’ve had at least 6 different doctors. They will schedule me for an appointment and then I will be on my way and they call and tell me the doctor is not even in the office. Any kind of appointment takes at least three weeks to get back in. Concentra has sent me to specialist doctors and they call me to tell me I have to get an MRI before I even come so why am I scheduled for an appointment? It’s been 7 months since I started going to Concentra for a work comp case. When I first started going, they did a CT scan told me I had a double hernia. So then they decided to send me to a surgeon who specializes in hernias, he sent me home with 45 days off work because there was no hernia and he said I just needed time to heal. So then, the lady who is handling my Workmen’s Comp. case, threaten me and my job. I ended up having to see him again within 30 days when he said there is no hernia, and he released me from his care. Concentra thought that meant I was fully released so they dropped my case. I get my case reopen and I set up an appointment with the doctor and they say my case is still closed. I finally get it back open for the second time and they get a MRI done. I’m now I’m waiting to see the next specialist. It’s been over a month since I did the MRI and I’m finally going to see the orthopedist doctor. I just pray I don’t show up to his office and they tell me the case is closed again since it’s been so long.

Although, our doctor was fine and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful - I was disappointed that they didn't have an Xray machine to take a better look at my Dad's knee. We waited for 3+ hours for some Tylenol and told to see our PCP. I was hoping for more than that.
