Clean waiting room with an efficient and caring staff. I misread the office hours and showed up kinda late but Carla in the front office was very accommodating and helpful. She definitely gets 5 stars. I wish every office had upbeat and well prepared staff like them.

Slowest place ever. Been here multiple times not by choice just because of ua and physicals for work. Been here few times over the past few years. Takes hours and hours and hours to be seen. They sent my drug screen to the wrong company before and that kept me from starting my job for almost 2 weeks until they found their mistake. Horrible experience honestly. For companies looking to hire employees I recommend a different care center

I had to come for a pre employment physical, titers, and a drug screen. The employees are very kind, but the wait is a little rough. I was here over three hours. They did say that Monday’s and Friday’s are the worst. The redeeming quality is the employees were all very kind and you could tell they were doing their best for how busy they were.

I have to be honest, I came here for a physical, drug test for a job. I found myself in the restroom a couple times waiting to be called back and it was frustrating. Once I made it to the back these people were professional and on point. The doctor was amazing and told me exactly what I needed to hear instead of what I wanted. She put true words in my mind that are now stuck to make some changes in my life. Please be patient, people have to wait on good things.

I have to be honest that this visit took way too long. I understand there were other people before me. But when you take a drug test, you have to be prepared to urinate in the cup and I had to urinate at least twice. In the lobby restroom and the front desk. Girl that first assiste came off a little rude.She did not offer me a water Or give me a water when I ask For a water. There were other people that arrived after I arrived. And they went in front of me at least 5 people that I can count. I understand that a dot screening is considered extensive, but all they did was check me real quick. And they couldn't do that like they couldn't take me in as quickly. It doesn't make no sense. I'm sorry, but they are to work on their speed and look and also work on their manners. I'm sorry, but this was a very terrible experience. Nobody should have to wait that long. I waited over 2 hours holding on to my urine. I am probably had to use a restroom like more than two times but I wanted to have enough ur inside can urinate in the cup.

Dr Pearson at Concentra in Corpus Christi gave top notch care with my work injury.She is professional and everything a physician should be. Her assistant always has a smile and puts you at ease at a trying time

The Doctor by the name of Vanessa Pearson was super rude no bedside manner. She was rolling her eyes when I tried to explain my patient history and was condescending. She is not a professional and was gaslighting me. She does not know what she is doing or how to do her job even. Please send her back from where she came. Horrible experience I left in tears upset as she tried to drop me as a patient before I could complete my care.

Very fast service. Felt comfortable and did not have to wait. Would like to see a few more smiles from staff, but they were so focused on their work.
