I had to go for a pre employment physical and lift test. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were able to get me in within 20 mins of my arrival with no appointment after filling out paperwork. Very efficient. Highly suggest

Everyone was wonderful. Attentive, focused, friendly, and efficient … except for the front desk woman who checked me in. She was borderline hostile: couldn't find my appt, admitted the schedule was often wrong, and then proceeded to remind me several times I didn't have an appointment (I did). She had zero customer skills. A manager strolled over next to us to eavesdrop, and she heard most everything. Fortunately, everyone was wonderful. Collectively they saved my visit from a complete disaster. I have always very happy with Concentra, and still am.

Concentra was very professional, courteous, prompt and punctual. Great business. However... The woman that administered my lift test and physical capabilities was stellar! Not only was she encouraging but she was also very personable and easy to connect with. Which made the whole experience amazing.

Best occupational health visit I’ve had. Nicole at the front desk was very nice and efficient. Despite being the only one there she got everyone checked in quickly. I was the first one called and was done with my blood work and urine drug screen in 5 minutes. Nicole (who did all this as well as the desk) was excellent!

Went in for a DOT test. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The process was through text message so everything was at my own pace. Overall a great environment and friendly staff!

I have been to Concentra three times for my DOT physical and I have had the same experience each time— I have been treated professionally, courteously, and most importantly, efficiently, generally getting in and out in less than 45 minutes even as a walk-in. I also appreciate that the staff seem to have a good time at their work and their positivity gets passed on to the patients they see.

Everyone was so kind and professional, and they made me feel comfortable and welcome. My wait time was minimal. Loved the snacks and coffee in the waiting area. Overall a seamless experience, thank you!

I was going in for a DOT medical exam. To be transparent I have a medical card because I have had cancer twice in the past five years. I use a tincture to help me sleep at night. On the dot medical questionnaire I hesitated regarding the use of illegal drugs. I asked the receptionist if anyone has ever mentioned medical cards and she asked the doctor what to do. I was trying to be honest and do the right thing. The doctor told the receptionist to have me answer yes and explain why. I was called in and went through the entire physical. Got to the end and the doctor told me there was a problem and I would not pass because of the medical card. I hope the federal government and states. Can figure out when medical cards are acceptable and when they are not. I worked in one industry for 25 years and was trying to make a change and this doctors suggestion cost me a new job.
