Concentra Urgent Care

This place was Superb from start to finish. It is obvious that the staff at this location aim to deliver the highest quality of service. Everyone working here is pleasant, polite, precise, professional, neat and clean. I have never been to a clinic that operates at this level of professionalism. I was totally impressed and very appreciative of the effort and services offered at this clinic location. Most certainly a cut above .

Great experience. The nurse was pretty nice an understanding when filling questionaire so allowed for needed time. Was thorough about all procedures both conducting them and disinfecting all equipment after use. Doctor was also very helpful for all questions i had.

Arrion was superb! Her customer interaction was outstanding, friendly& engaged in conversation! Not to mention she was very fast& accurate. I was in& out within 30 minutes. Thanks again Ms. A 🫶

First time being at Compton location, process was fast and easy. Literally took me about 30 mins I was in and out. Front desk assistants were very helpful and polite, back office assistant instructed me with my drug test process everything was fast and easy, highly recommend concentra .

Everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful. I was helped right away and since I would be needing to get my results on a day in which this facility would not be open, they gave me an info sheet and directions to locations that would be.

Everyone is very helpful very fast service your in and out with in 1hr and depending what you went in for other then that my experience with them was great

Best Concentra location I've been to. Went in for a pre employment physical. The med asst Miriam was great at letting me know step by step what she will be doing. I warned her that every nurse had trouble finding my vein when drawing blood. She told me she loves drawing blood and loves a challenge. Not only did she find my vein but drew blood with minimal bruising afterwards. Overall the staff was incredibly nice.

Everything was efficient, from checking in to checking out! Everyone was great! Ari was the one who helped with my physical, drug screen, and blood work. She has great customer service, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout every part of my physical. She has a great personality as well.
