Concentra Urgent Care

I went to Concentra, (city of commerce), for labs, (TB Screen and test). I went without an appointment and the wait time was little to none. As soon as I completed my online registration I was called to the front and charged. After the payment, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I focused my review on time because when you're trying to do things on your day off, time is of the essence.

The wait time was ridiculous, 2 hours waiting for a physical for my new employer. Staff didn't want to assist, they were too worried about their lunch, while I was on mine. Definitely not going to this location again.

Everyone was friendly and acknowledged my presence. It was my first time there so they took the time to explain the short process and where to wait. There were several patients there but the wait time was minimal. They got me in explained what I was there for and made sure I knew what was going to happen. I was there for a short period and not the usual lengthy waits like at some other offices. Definitely would recommend this place!!

Wasn’t too bad! Was informed that it would be a 2-2.5 hour wait at the beginning, but was taken in about a half hour for drug screen. Then had to wait another half hour for the physical part. Total Was less than 2 hours, which I was very satisfied with. Only took about 1.25-1.3 hours total for my visit. Will be back again in the future for sure. Thank you!

I came in for a physical and drug test for my potential employer. I arrived at 3:15. the two ladies working the counter told me that because the doctor was busy with injured patients that I would have to wait till 7pm or do it another day. No sooner. That seemed odd to me. But what choice did I have? Turns out that 7 was the shift change and the guy that took over let me know that I was able to be seen much earlier and that the doctor didn’t need to run the test. That the front desk people can run the tests. And that even then the doctor wouldn’t have taken that long with the patients. He then preformed all the tests he could on me. Basically in the end I had to wait until the shift change because neither of the two ladies wanted to do anything. Then by the time the other worker was done, he informed me that the physical therapist had left at 5 and I would have to come back another day to finish all the test. Thanks to the worker that was able to tend to me. I’m sure this is not a mayor issue but the fact that BOTH the workers didn’t want to do their job and made me wait had me in a rage. When i returned for the last part of my tests i felt like it was a decent place with attentive employees

If I can give zero stars, i would. What a joke of an urgent care. Urgent care, more like negligible care. Wait times are ridiculous. Ecpect to stay here for 4 hours or more. Staff look friendly but seem to not care for patients here. Highly recommend to stay away from this place. Go somewhere else.

This is the worst concentra I've ever been to!!!! 4 hours for what? To get a pre-employment physical, pee test, alcohol breath test, and hearing test done. Which all could have been done before in less than 2. The dr. Says it's busy but there's hardly anyone here, I've seen busy and this is definitely not. And I had to wait in 2 different rooms for the dr for almost 2 hours. And then waited almost another 30mins just to get the final paper work.

I’ve been to this place 2 times for employment screening, while the wait estimates scare a bit, the time moved rather quickly. Be ready to invest at least 1.5 - 2 hours. The experience with the front desk is upfront, good attitudes, and the dude in the back is freaking funny, I’m terrible with names but it’s the light skin Hispanic dude wearing some nice black sneakers. ( he told me the name but I’m terrible with names 😅🤣). That’s all, keep doing a great job all!
