Concentra Urgent Care

I do not recommend this place. I went in for a drug test and it was the most unsanitary restroom I have ever seen. The door wouldn’t lock, and the nurse was at her desk using her cell phone while I used the restroom. Anyone could have open the door. The staff would really benefit from being trained on how to put the blue dye in the toilet. It goes IN the toilet not all over the seat. It really sucks because the front staff was so nice and this review has nothing to do with them.

Everyone was very professional and service was really fast, didn’t have to wait for long. Overall, the staff and the Doctor did an excellent job.

I have been going to Concentra urgent Care in Colton as well as Riverside for many months. For visits with DR. Elias in Riverside as well as physical therapy with Richard and Isabel in Colton. They all are professional and courteous and know what they're doing. I've come to know them on a first name basis being that I've been going there for many months. And will continue to go for checkups and for physical therapy for some time to come. I have a new titanium hip courtesy of my workman's comp insurance company and to Dr. Elias of Concentra Riverside who performed the surgery on my hip. I only have the utmost of honor and respect for all these people that have helped me in my recovery of my injury.

Place is slow and inconsistent with care. I came in for a simple urine exam for my job with my documents prepared. I had to wait over an hour before I decided to leave because I could no longer hold in my pee since the morning. After being told it would be “soon”. Would not recommend this location staff is rude and inconsiderate.

I went to this place to get a TB test for work purposes. I was surprised and impressed by how friendly the team was with their patients, particularly Rocio at the front desk. I was at a different CUC the previous day and the people working there had long faces, were quiet, and took a very long time to entertain me. So, I was amazed by what I saw at this Colton location. It seemed like Rocio was everybody’s friend, people would greet her and she would reply back. She talked to me and I could sense that she was happy doing her work saying “thank you” most of the time. If I will have health issues later on, I will definitely go straight here because I know seeing and talking to Rocio would already make me feel better. She really made my day. Her work ethic was infectious; I was pumped up to face my clients that day, trying to treat them the way Rocio would treat me. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much, Rocio!

From the moment we walk in, the lady in the front is so nice and polite. All staff are very nice and professional. They have amazing costumer service. I'm definitely recommending this place.

I had to go here for a physical. I understand there is no appointment needed. But I waited there from 1230pm to 310pm all the while no one told me what was going on no one explained the horrific long wait. It felt very wrong here. I wasn't impressed by the staff they were all cold and didn't say anything unless it was need to sign. And just told to sit and wait and wait. Communication is key.

Friendly front desk staff! Super helpful. Overall the clinic is old, outdated and in need of remodeling. I waited an hour once I was roomed for the doctor to do my “physical.” Over 4 hours for drug test, physical, and respirator fit testing.
