Visiting on December 22, 2023 about 2:00pm the staff at the desk may have had too much eggnog as there was much giggling and conversation with a male who was leaving which delayed my check in. Dr. Wilde was very good but the whole facility seemed to be in disarray. But I was treated well. On my return to have the stitches removed, the manager attended to charge me another copay. After me saying no copay today and her making several phone calls she determined that the removal way indeed coded on the first visit. Dan a PA removed the stitches and I am now healing.

Had to go in to get a non DOT drug screen for a new job. They were friendly at the front desk. The tech had that no nonsense attitude about her, but readily engaged in conversation. The procedure/process that obtaining and securing the specimen was as complete as I’ve ever seen. Hat off (not always asked to take it off), empty pockets. The steps taken to secure the sample didn’t miss a step. As a RN of many years, I was impressed.

The waiting was a little longer than one would like but it's a busy process for each client and I recognized that once I myself was processed. The front desk personnel were very very helpful in helping me sign on/navigate the Concentra portal. The technician and doctor were absolutely great, detail oriented and professional, courteous. The office at Sister's Pavillion is clean and comfortable. I give them all a high mark.

Waited 3 hours for an appt in the back room at that. I came out after two hours And the rude blonde front desk woman who acted so annoyed w me “we had a lot of walk ins you need to wait in your room!” Where I waited another hour. (Walk in’s should not affect existing apts that’s kind of the point) The doctor is okay but he doesn’t understand hippa as he left up the computer w all of the patients in the office labeled and what rooms they are in. When I was leaving the front desk lady once again was rude about my scheduling not working w me at all saying I can take off and work has to let me come in. Well yes but I’m not coming in during my shift to screw over my coworkers as I’m a decent worker. I ended up releasing myself from their care and going to my primary care on my own insurance. It’s like they know people coming in are on work injuries and they don’t treat them w respect bc we have to go there to get treated and don’t have another option unless we pay for it ourselves.

So I came to this location due to a work injury and so my company sent me here. Didn’t know that at a Walk-in Urgent Care that I wouldn’t be seen due to my arrival time and that I should have scheduled an appointment. Was told that the examination would take an hour and that they didn’t have time for me, so come back tomorrow. I work 2 jobs and to take more time off of my main job that pays my bills is very frustrating when I had already taken time off to drive over just to be told I couldn’t be seen, how dare I. And then I was asked why didn’t I come sooner….the injury happened on a Sunday and got worse by Monday where I had to call Workmen’s Comp. to file a claim. Then had to fill out more paperwork with my boss on Tuesday so that I could go on Wednesday only to be turned away due to not enough time at a Walk-in Urgent Care that is only open from 8am-5pm…..maybe if your hours were different? Plus I was in pain while being told that I wouldn’t be seen. Finally got seen the next day, Thursday, to take X-Rays, be given a splint and pain meds because it’s not broken probably just a sprain, but the doctor didn’t even touch my wrist to feel for anything a miss. So yes, not a very good experience at this location, which is terrible because this is the hospital that I have had many Mammograms at and had my Gallbladder taken out and everyone was super nice and accommodating during those times.

I was there for a pre-employment appointment. I arrived 10 minutes after opening and waited two hours to be called back. They didn’t have the tspot test I needed so I was sent to another location after they did my drug screen and physical. I was at this location for 3 hours. I arrived at the second location around 11:30 am and the lab tech was busy with other patients. Then I was told that I would have to wait until she saw 3 more patients and then she would take her lunch break. I was finally seen around 2 pm. The staff was very pleasant at both locations. I just didn’t plan or have time for a 6 hour appointment.

Waited an HOUR to pee in a cup for a drug test. Even after telling them I needed to use the restroom and I’m holding it for said visit. There’s not enough people working there. No communication from the girl who checked me in and the girl who took over for her. People arriving after me taken back before me. When I did finally ask my queue status, I was shown and told my paperwork hadn’t even been checked in! They’re just piling paperwork on top and mine which was sitting on the bottom. Then the phone rings and they get sidetracked. Poorly run.

The people are fantastic but the process was janky. I was sent there for an MMR vaccination with a reservation number from my employer and the front desk had me go to their onboarding process through their portal, rather than pay attention to my paperwork submitted. This concluded with a 5 minute task taking an hour and a half.
