Got many blood tests done and nobody reached out to me with results. I had to call multiple times before someone finally was able to email them to me; everyone I talked to beforehand had a different reason for why this couldn't be done. Please train your employees on such basic things. Now I'm dealing with a debt collector over $45 and I have to get in contact with my bank to figure out what I paid at the time of visit 4 months ago to make sure the charge is valid. This is so unprofessional and undignified. For god's sake, you could have just called me for the $45. I'd avoid this place at all costs because you'll be dealing with the fallout for months to come. Clean up your act!

After clumsily tripping and falling on Barr Trail, I had a deep (and dirty) cut on my ankle that required stitches. I was in and out in about half an hour. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The nurse who cleaned my would was gentle and friendly. The doctor who numbed the area and stitched the would was informative and efficient. After a scary fall, I had such a great experience here and left feeling so well cared for!!!

I went in for a DOT physical. My wait time was very short. Staff was friendly. I thought I was meeting with A medical doctor but ended up with a PA. I had no problem with the PA. It was a reasonably quick appointment. The facility was clean and comfortable.

I had a follow up appointment with this provider. The front desk said they were running behind. This turned into a 1 1/2 hour behind. I asked why. They stated because they take walk-ins along with scheduled patients. I work during their office hours so I don’t have 1 1/2 hours plus the providers time to be away from work. The provider is not providing any care. He has referred me to a DO. This appointment was a complete disregard for my time. Why make an appointment? They should just say “first come, first served” and say they have a waiting list with approximate wait times.

Clean and rustic looking building made the clinic look old without being old. Staff was friendly and helpful, even with my prospective employer not filing the paperwork correctly. Only downside if filing out paperwork using cellular instead of WiFi, no guest wifi available, which meant long load times as I barely had a bar of service.

We loved the staff at Urgent Care Concentra. On vacation from SW FL and my husband has minor scratch on his leg. Dr gave antibiotics and nurse Kathy did such a wonderful job tenderly caring bandaging his wound. Bravo & We'll Done Kyle & Deb McGlothlen

This location is amazing. I received excellent and compassionate care. The receptionist, the physical therapist and the physician's assistant were all amazing. I would go here again with any medical needs. Fantastic!

Bad for tourist I was on vacation in Colorado Spring with my family and my oldest daughter (7 year old) had been coughing for a couple of days. She started to feel worst and her fever came back. I decided to call my insurance who asked me to go to this place. I am from Québec Canada. I've lost around 2 hours as they weren't able to process my insurance (the employe put GB great britan as my home country maybe thats why). We finaly agree that i would pay for the consultation and get reimbursed when i come back home. We finaly see Dr. Daniel J Czarniawski. I explained every detail about my daughter symptoms. He suggested that she does a covid and step test. I advised him that my daughter was diagnosted as a healthy carrier of strep. my daughter came back positive for step. He prescribed antibiotics and that was it. I told him I was worried that she had something else but that was it. He never even listen to her lung or anything. he did look at her ears and throat. He prescribed her antibiotic. Came back to canada 2 days later. Went to a clinic and she was diagnosed with a Pneumonia via X-rays. Were they worried that I could'nt afford further test? i'll never know.
