Concentra Urgent Care

I wish I had gotten her name, but the sweet little black lady at the front who checked me in had the BEST attitude. I came in super grumpy and irritated (no one likes pissing in a cup) and she completely turned my whole mood around just being herself, like she just absolutely radiated sunshine and positivity and made my whole visit enjoyable. 😊 I am so grateful for her and I hope she gets treated well there because I can say without a doubt she is one of your best assets! Thank you kind lady, you have no idea how much a difference you made for my entire day. Never change, you are such a beautiful person. 💜

Staff is amazing. Wait times are exceptionally long. Unless you come in bleeding, then they get to you quickly. The doctors won't give pain medication even if you're missing body parts. I wouldn't recommend this place for severe injuries

Walked in for my DOT Physical and they took me right in with no appointment. Ft desk staff was very professional and super nice. The facility was very clean. The nurse was very nice and the physician I saw was Dr. Kevin he is nice and was I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks for fitting me into your busy schedule..

I'll start with, I don't remember names. But it was a pleasant experience. I had hurt my hand at work and needed to get a couple of stitches. Every one was very nice and friendly. Easy people to talk to. And on my last time going back, I was offered water and pretzels. It had been a very hot week and I appreciated the extras they offered.

Everyone knows to get there early! I was in quickly and everyone was very professional. I was there for about three hours, but not because of them. I was waiting on paperwork from my job. Good job guys ladies and gents!

Had to waste so many hours waiting to see a doctor . then at times it was a nurse . they set me an appointment but even then I still had to wait one time over 2 hours just for them to say ok here’s your next appointment. Rhonda was awesome in the PT side and wait time wasn’t long.My PT was good as well and no complaints for PT side. But the n trying to see the doctor , it is horrible. Why set us an appointment if we still have to wait at least over an hour to see the doctor?

I had to go here to get some lab work and a physical done for a new job. I was there for 5 hours. Waited in the waiting room for a while and then got taken back for them to only do part of what needed completed to send me back to the waiting room. I was then called back to be sat in a room for 3.5 hours with no communication from anyone. Multiple people in rooms next to me were also heard complaining because they had been waiting for hours with no communication. I was there at 9am and did not leave until 1:45 pm.

This is my 3rd time being here. 1st 2 for my self today for my husband. And after having worked for Concentra, I know the flow process, and it still has not improved. Today my husband is here for a 930 appointment, we where here early, still waited 45 min past the appointment. Watching people go back, I know that people are coming in for urgent care as well as PT, however you need to communicate better to the clients waiting, especially if they are here for a pre employment appointment, waiting to urinate. Lack of communication raises blood pressure. Lack of communication cause frustration and anger. You come in on time, Concentra needs to be more respectful of clients time. Also it is now 1122 and we are still sitting in a room waiting for the Dr. I also noticed well waiting that there was no handy cap entry
