Concentra Urgent Care

This urgent care place is horrible. Do not come. They don’t save people’s life instead of asking you” Are you injured because of work” The answer is No. Then you don’t have your rights to wait like normal hospital dose! Not respect life at all. Which is “ money has priority more than people’s life. So disappointed with them. This is not America style. I was waste more than one hour here endure my pain. And they told me waiting another two hours or more, not sure about that. Because work related patient has priority to be cured. Why you don’t tell me “ money” has priority better? Where is human being ? You guys don’t have a heart. Hopefully the same things won’t happen to your family. If you don’t want to waste your time and life go another place!

I recently visited Concentra and had an outstanding experience thanks to the incredible service provided by Araceli. She was extremely polite and helpful throughout my visit. Araceli went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a significant difference in my experience. Front office was great and very attentive. The doctor was Informative and did what he could it being A Workmen’s Comp. facility!. Getting medicine is another issue.I received treatment on the 09/19/24 as of the 09/24/24 I have not been able to receive the necessary info to get meds.

I’ve visited several Concentra’s over the years due to my employer and this one is by far the BEST! The moment i walked to the counter, Aracili was efficient and cordial-unlike the other locations. They could learn some customer relations tips from her. The nurse Briana was also cordial and unpretentious, breaking from the norm at Concentra. Kudos to both of them. Thank you!

When I arrived they said my wait would be two hours but they got me in with nurse after a half hour, Dr. within ten minutes after that and then into physical therapy!!! Sooo impressed with this location from the ladies at the front desk to Francine in physical therapy. I walked unbent over and leaning to the side because of back pain and was able to walk out in no pain and standing up straight. Also, I was sent home with Pain patches, pain roll on, ice/hot packs, an exercise ball, a workout tube and therms are back patches. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Much appreciated.

Fast service and respectful front office help. Went for a drug test in and out 30 min. They respect your privacy and make directions easy

Came here for a prehiring process. The receptionist was helpful and explained how it would go. She also directed me on what to do and what my part was. Other than that, the wait was short and I was in and out very quickly. I like how there’s 2 waiting rooms and the seats are spaced out.

I didn’t catch the front desk lady’s name but she was super nice and very helpful! Had me check in immediately and seeing the doctor within 30mins taken it was a slow morning.
